The way in which you worded may not be the way in which you meant it, but the way it was written makes it seem as if they aren't even in-charge yet, and it's been proven they are.

The way you phrased it(the lack of any punctuation marks didn't help)... leads people to the assumption you are now disputing. Thank you for using a period mark in your latest posts by the way. You can also try using the comma.

Again, I question if he would take a job as part of a team, when he's been a headwriter on three different soaps consecutively since 2007.  That's an amazing run, that I don't know if anyone else has accomplished on their own.
