ABC News announced on Tuesday that newsman George Stephanopoulos had landed the exclusive first interview with President Joe Biden after last week’s much-watched and highly criticized debate with former president Donald J. Trump.

The televised sitdown will take place on Friday, July 5, while Biden is on the campaign trail. A first look at the interview will air later that evening on “World News Tonight with David Muir,” with portions airing on both the Saturday and Sunday editions of “Good Morning America.”

The extended interview will air on Sunday, July 7 on “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” and Monday, July 8 on “Good Morning America.”

Stephanopoulos landing the first interview follows as ABC News’ “The Race for the White House” special coverage of the “CNN Presidential Debate” ranked No. 1 among the broadcast networks in Total Viewers (8.696 million), Adults 25-54 (2.238 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.887 million), based on Nielsen’s Fast National ratings.

See what you've done, America?  You've forced our commander in chief to have a sit-down with George [!@#$%^&*] Stephanopoulos.  I hope you're all proud of yourselves, you morons.
