The rest of the episode wasn't very good.  Connie basically got away with this crime.  She isn't a suspect.  I don't know why she is so stupid to double down and kill the police chief when the obvious answer is to just leave town.  Bobby/Everett is an extremely unreliable witness as is.

Some posters on twiX are saying that Marlena had her hair swept up in a 'do on the back of her head before the Pit & one other kidnapping. Anyway, I HATE the way they're writing Doc!!!

I mean, she did?  Lol.  I believe it was the Pit and her Secret Room kidnapping, but that means nothing to me lol.  Deidre just rarely wears her hair anyway other than down so I just noticed it was different today.   I suppose at some point Bobby might take her hostage, but Jada seems much more likely.

Although, to be fair, these days it probably was just a simple injection.

BTW, until today when Bobby was released from Bayview, I thought the idea that he brought up about not being divorced from Jada (during the ill-fated DID intervention) would come into play.  I thought, (or maybe just dreamed?) that Jada signed the admission into the sanitarium as his wife.  But, it seems like the issue of who signed the divorce has been forgotten, and it was just a typical 5150 hold.

During the strike episodes Jada and Bobby divorce papers went through the Day Rafe and Jada officially moved into together as couple into Rafe's place

Yeah, but Bobby taunted Jada during the intervention that the divorce could be invalid because Everett signed the papers. Which is what inspired my post.

Not to me.  DH does look older.  I don't think she's going full in on the surgeries anymore.  And does anyone DH to actually look her age?  That would take me entirely out of the game.  lol

The writing was stupid after 1993, but I don't think Marlena really went rogue and dumb until the post 2000's and most of the time she's fairly reasonable still.

During the strike episodes Bobby's signature was on the New Divorce papers which is why both characters were shown in the same episode being Happy the Divorce  papers was finalized they are legally divorced which is why In the same episode Rafe surprised Jada with champagne and they celebrated that and Rafe and Jada toasted to officially living together as a couple

Now that Connie has stabbed Rafe alot of people will be out looking to see who did that to Rafe and that only gives Connie one opinion she will have to go into hiding

Which is what she should have done in the first place instead of trying to kill Rafe.  Connie wasn't on anyone's radar or any sort of suspect.  It's a very dumb plot.

I also expect once Everett/Bobby learns about how Rafe survived the stabbing and that Jada was the one who discovered Rafe he will lose it on Connie because I'm sure they will meetup again
