He last appeared in 2007-2011 per IMDB, although one site said he appeared in 2016.
I hadn't heard of him before, but I gather this character was a hospital janitor, who later worked in the hospital lab?  I just skimmed a couple of old recaps.  Seems he was involved in paternity test switches and egg fertilization mix-ups and other such messes?

I just find it interesting that a sketchy hospital employee happens to be returning on the day Deacon accompanies Sheila's body to the crematorium. 
I wonder if he still works at the hospital, or maybe at the hospital morgue, or maybe at the crematorium?
