I don't need a bland actor as Lucky. (I realize that some of you are snarking, but still). I don't want someone empty-minded. I need an actor who can act in deeply thoughtful ways that have the right amount of emotion. Like JJ did originally. (not the stupid drug storyline) Lucky isn't a random stud. Someone at ABC- offer Julie Marie Berman and JJ decent contracts with plenty of outs. With Maxie and Sam both barely viable as characters, we need an established woman in their relative age bracket.
