Days: Rumor of yet another character switcheroo for existing actor...

Yabbut how long between Ava & Taylor? Lexie was another character but years before. What is different now is the back to back nature.

We all know DAYS is notorious for reusing old actors in new roles. But the frequency of the turnover has gotten ridiculous.  When you're talking Renee Jones, Judi Evans, and even the mumbling owl known as Josh Taylor, you had a good ten years in between roles.  Now you can't even get ten days. 

I don't watch GH, but haven't they gotten ridiculous too? With the former OLTL'ers? I haven't kept up.

Well, at least Emily O'Brien is a better actor than Rob Wilson so at least she's hopefully going to be able to convey she's a different character.

I'm most familiar with Emily O'Brien voicing the central female character(s) (with the physical model of Lindsay Wagner - long story) in Hideo Kojima's sprawling video game Death Stranding with Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen. In that she had a perfectly fine American accent, and I had no idea til I finished the game that it was Jana from Y&R.

The accent isn't the issue vs. the recast process itself, which is consistently ridiculous at DAYS (and GH).
