SOD: An AMC Cover!

He is pseudo smiling, just a little....but Cady was probably thinking okay "he looks okay here, but I look damn fabulous, screw fun shot - lets go with this one!" lol... The T/D pictures in the mag are really nice also, damn my scanner's not working - I'd have scanned and uploaded! I didn't like their last SOD cover pictures, so enjoying that I like the pictures in this one. Their's a huge one on the inside, MEK is kind of snuggling his face against her cheek-ear area, nice, sexy smile from the side-view - very nice picture, the one that went with the article was my least favorite but still good.

LOL, so sadly true. I think everybody that got it in the mail got the GL cover - though on the newsstands and mag stores around here, I've only seen the T/D cover. SOD is trying the double cover issues again, I guess.

Soap Opera Digest will now dole out two different covers on occasion. One for the newsstand and one for subscribers. This is a result of a survey they've sent subscribers that asked for more soaps to be displayed on the cover. Everything inside the magazine is the the same, just different covers. I guess they figure non-subscribers will only buy with certain soaps on the cover. Here's the cover subscribers received:

Wow so GL actually got the majority of the cover, when was the last time that happend. Too bad they won't appreciate it fully though having one cover soley dedicated to them. Its kinda interesting DAYS has no photos on the cover at all but does have a caption.... I wonder how many times a year that there is no mention of DAYS on the cover at all... probably not many LOL

Yeah mine has GL's Reva and Josh in the bigger picture and Michael and Cady where Reva and Josh are/ I would have preferred the one with Cady & Michael in the bigger picture <_<

This is great though ^_^

If I am remembering right, I think he sees her Friday, April 14th. Most likely at the very last minute of the show, cause you know they want a cliffhanger ;)

    • Elon is snapping on Trump worse than Phyllis snapped on Billy over Abbott Communications lmao.
    • In watching the Family Feud episodes, I can't get over how charming and interesting all the EON actors are. Tony Craig was not served by how Draper was written, and I wish he had been given a better character. He's so adorable on FF. From what I've seen on EON, he is never given much of a chance to show that. He should have been a major leading man in soaps based on the way he is on FF.
    • Kim Zimmer gets a lot of details wrong. Since she gave it to so many people to read (if they actually read it and didn't just blurb it), you would think someone would have pointed out these errors. I don't know if it's just confusion on her part or if it's because she wrote it out of anger. She has admitted she was extremely angry in writing the book. I was not surprised she left out Michelle Forbes because it must have come as a blow to realize that viewers had quickly latched on to another actress.  That's probably why she was not always kind to Cynthia Watros (something she admits to). Jeanne Cooper and Victoria Rowell published similar memoirs where they were determined to get even with costars and producers they felt had wronged them. Zimmer is a lot more measured than those two.
    • And Susan did find something to hawk when All My Children was cancelled. Susan was right in the middle of a book tour to promote her autobiography. So she was facing questions from interviewers about AMC cancellation, while trying to sell her book at the same time Kim Zimmer must be clairvoyant - explains why TPTB at Guiding Light made the character Reva a psychic!
    • Who cares?  I just enjoy watching them fight.

    • Cheeseburgers, with some spicy fries! YUM!
    • Not to be that person (lol), BUT: Reva's marriage to Alan was annulled, so that doesn't count. Also, I ASSUME she had not yet been declared legally dead when she married Richard, so that one also probably doesn't count. As I've said before, it's not unusual for actors to slip up on storyline details, so I would be shocked if these were the only gaps in her memory of this kind. And, yeah, the more names, the funnier it is, so...
