The show needs some new blood...STAT. What happened to all the new characters BB promised earlier this year? Who is RJ supposed to date? He's related to every female besides Shelia and Taylor!

And, as predicted, we have a new Nanny!

Honestly, Sheila doing something good is a lot better than the absolute rubbish we've been fed for the past 16 months with her character. This plotpoint separation for JMW's leave is a lot better than what we'd normally expect - Sheila kidnaps Steffy or something along those lines.

Plus, we know it's temporary, JMW will be back and, sadly, Brad will need unhinged Sheila for November sweeps.

That would be a better story, let Sheila kidnap Steffy and Hayes. I mean she already tried to do it once with Hayes

Gotta do something, nothing is working, nothing is bringing in ratings. Compared to what we got this time last year, this stuff is rubbish

Sheila is so overcooked. She needs to be gone. Sheila trying to save someone on Friday was cringe worthy to see.

Sheila has been Bradley's break glass in case of emergency character for like 25 years.

and people are tired of her. Now he's trying to "redeem" her and she's not a character that can be redeemed

You can not redeem someone like Sheila. But if you still do it takes years to redeem someone like her. It's lazy and insulting to have Sheila rescue a child and think viewers will feel all warm and fuzzy about a murderous human being saving someone.

Sheila is played out, and whatever relevance she had on B&B died with Stephanie. She was Sheila's nemesis and now there's nothing left for her to do. She needs to be written off permanently and a new villainous character could take her place if necessary. Someone new, without all the baggage that Sheila has.
