They seem to still be crediting Laura Wright as Carly Corinthos in the credits. But back in the episode of Oct. 28, 2022, Carly said she was changing her name post-divorce to "Carly Spencer". She simply decided she preferred to be Spencer and not Benson. And she's going by that name now I think. Would she have needed to go to court for that? No I don't think so. In most places, to change your name, you simply submit forms to Social Security, and to the state department of driver licensing . I just checked the closing credits for week of Feb. 6, 2023 and it still says Corinthos. I wonder why they never fixed the credits. GH is notorious for end credits that don't match what they mention on screen.
