After catching a rerun of an early episode of Sister Wives, Ridge finally comes to the realization that Polygamy would solve his never ending dilemma over whether to choose Taylor or Brooke. Brooke and Taylor are initially reluctant to go along with this but after thinking about it they decide that Ridge's idea is sensible. To make the arrangement work, Ridge will be legally married to one of women for a year and then divorce and marry the other and so on and so forth.

The arrangement is initially a success but after sometime Brooke begins to wonder why she can't also have a second husband. She decides to bring Deacon into the marriage. Ridge is apoplectic about this but eventually goes along with it. Taylor also decides to get a second husband.

Eventually more and more characters decide Polyamory is the way to solve their various love dilemmas and several sets of polyamorous relationships form across the canvas. Everyone lives happily ever after at the Forrester mansion.

Sod said in the week after next a beloved character returns to town. Is this the twist or?

While she is always close to KKL, we have seen loads of pictures of Ashley (ex-Bridget) around Television City/The Grove the last couple of weeks, so my best guess is that Bridget returns in a recurring capacity. Not sure about the twist, though.

It is so obvious that Sheila will try to kill Brooke, but kill Finn... So obvious.

B&B is one of the most limited soaps I've ever watched. They do triangles and, excel at remotes, but pretty much fail at everything else. It has to be the only soap that has never been able to do a real murder mystery. - except for the Aussie illogically screaming 'It was MUH-DAH!' with the horrible Ally exit.

B&B hypes up stories - Myron, Brooke's alcoholism, Spectra Designs return, etc. - but always end up retooling in incredibly short order. The only 'shocking' story that really resonated with the baby switch. B&B shouldn't bother with this kind of hype, they don't need it - the ratings are incredibly consistent and I'm sure international sales are probably still OK.

I think that's a good guess, but I wonder if it fits the promotion that the twist has "never been done before"?  While certainly that is hyperbole, I don't think that filicide meets that standard.

U are right about the limitations. The only story that had nothing to do with triangles that I really thought was well done was the accidental death of Shane McGrath in 2007.

Ummm...it's the end of the month. The 35th anniversary has come and gone...so where is this twist?

The twist is that there IS no twist.

Casey Kasprzyck didn't say the twist would happen on the 35th.  He promoted both things as separate things. He did say originally that the twist would be around the end of March.  My guess is that the Feb 24 preemption and the March 24 preemption pushed the twist to early April.
