Katie Couric's memoir also has a bit about Zucker and Gollust's relationship, and him pushing for her to get a job with Couric. (I'm only posting the memoir pages as the tweet in question is from a right winger.)

Apparently unaware of this memoir, this is Gollust's angle:

Let's not forget that he was there for the whole Jay/Conan debacle in 2009-10. Let's hope he just retires and goes away, because he's already caused enough damage.

Chances are, Zucker's gonna set up his own production outfit.  (Hope you enjoyed "Fear Factor," 'cuz there's plenty more where that came from!)

Waymin.  You mean to tell me the s.o.b. was literally flushing documents and such down the crapper?

Dear God.

The talking points that are being prepared by the Beltway as, thanks to Manchin and Sinema, the elections have all but been conceded.

It's beginning to look a lot like 1995-1996,  2004-2005, 2016, etc. again - which people (beyond rich, white straight men of course) do  the Democrats need to sacrifice to get their GOP friends to stop kicking them?

Never forget that much of the "liberal  media" and those who bankroll them hate you and would be happy to  put you on a bus  if it reinforced their moral and intellectual superiority.

It's always those who have nothing on the line that want this garbage.  If the US is indeed in Civil War territory, someone needs to educate this clown on how the COMPROMISE of 1850 alleviated a Civil War. Newsflash Jordan it didn't.  What these folks want which is more Christian white males in this country is not possible. And this is not 1995 or 96.  Folks are beyond the point of having any interest in the "compromise" this clown is talking about.

Compromise always ends up throwing someone under the bus. So who is it. African Americans, Hispanics, LGBTQ , Women, Disabled?  We also have a compromise that led to the end of reconstruction. How did that work out?

Daniel Marans was one of the brain dead Bernie brigade. That he is still trying to push for them (I saw some of Mark Ames' feed yesterday and it was utterly pathetic) speaks volumes.

Speaking of Ames, I see that Dave Weigel deleted his tweet praising him,  likely because he included Ames' handle in it only for Ames to see a ton of people pointing out what a piece of [!@#$%^&*] he is.
