LOL, my mom was saying Brenda Jenkins won too. It was good to see her win, because she most certainly can deliver great performances.

I'm so happy for Regina King.  She's been entertaining since 227 and she's only gotten better since then.

It was nice seeing Chris Evans help Regina up to the stage as well. He's a gentleman and he is looking good.

It seems like they are letting some of the actors mainly the comedians help push this show along without a host. I liked the intro with Amy, Tina and Maya. And this bit with Melissa McCarthy and Brian Tyree Henry presenting the award for Best Costume Design is amusing as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we see more bits especially from comedians throughout this show. To help keep it entertaining, and not make it feel void without a host.

Congrats to Mahershala Ali on winning his second Oscar tonight for Green Book. I saw a tweet from Rolling Stone Twitter that said his win tonight is the quickest an actor has won for the same award since Tom Hanks in 1993 and 1994.

Very happy that Blakkklansman and Spike won at least one Oscar tonight for Best Adapted Screenplay. 🙂 It was a long time coming for Spike. Samuel L. Jackson seemed surprised but very happy for Spike and the film.

I like Rami Malek, but eeeesh.

Very happy for Regina King, Gaga and Ali, and for Jaime Ray Newman - pretty sure I was the only one who liked Kristina #1 on GH. And Spike.

If Roma can't take it they better give best picture to Black KKKlansman.
