I was watching todays show and thought how boring this soap is. I can't believe how many boring useless characters are on 24/7. I am surprised Days hasn't tanked even farther in the ratings. If it wasn't for the quad gay guys I wouldn't even be watching this borefest of a soap. And I hate Nicole...

It has all these B actors leading the show. This weeks episodes reminded me of the last year of ATWT.

thats the secret? How lame! We already knew she killed the mother. Why did they have to throw in some random baby that no one cares about into the mix? It doesnt make the stakes any higher

The headline of this post made me scream in terror. The only people in that grouping that I even remotely care about are JJ and Nicole, and they're saddled with scene partners and stories that make me want to gouge my eyes out.

DAYS could be doing SO MUCH MORE w/ the JJ/Eve affair, but it's just so boring rn. I mean every time they hit the sheets (or sofa... LOL) it's super-sexy and hot, but then they lay off them for so long the story becomes stale and boring. And the fall-out could be bigger beyond freaking Paige, but they're so tunnel-visioned on THAT aspect of the SL it's like... bleh. I mean Jennifer finding out SHOULD be explosive, but the way DAYS is acting is like she's the least of their worries. zzZZ

Of those characters mentioned, I only care about two of them. Sadly, both are in bland stories. Therefore, Nicole and JJ need to hook up and the other four can join Neil Curtis in the land of forgotten Salemites.

But true. The show is horrible and I don't give two craps about any of them except Nicole and JJ and like everyone's already said they're saddled with terrible screen partners. I'm not sure I understand why DAYS is catering to Shawn and Arianne dating off-screen. Rarely do on-screen pairings translate to any sort of chemistry based on two actors screwing in real life. I think they had a nice friendship chemistry, sort of, but ugh. Nicole looked rode hard and put away after sex with Daniel. He literally did screw the life out of her.

I actually do think the actors have chemistry (though LOL at how awful Nicole looked after their bone session)… but the characters have zero rooting value together and the writing is dreadful. You know what I don't want to watch? Nicole having to repent before Saint Daniel of the Tanning Bed. If he's finally the one to give her a f***ing baby, I will scream.
