Laura Cudahy appeared to her mother when Brooke was on the run with Jamie suffering with her ectopic pregnancy.

All of those plus Edmund's dead stepfather appeared to him multiple times. Erica was haunted by her father after he died. Mona didn't appear as a ghostly vision, but there were a few times after she died when Erica heard her voice. I think Harold the Dog appeared after his death too.

AMC: Jenny appeared to Tad in 1994, before Kim Delaney got famous and it never happened again, lol.

OLTL: Al appeared before he became Michael McBain...not sure how much that counts.

Mel appeared to Dorian at least once, maybe twice.

It was interesting because you could hear a Frances Heflin sound-alike filling in pieces of dialogue to link some of the thoughts.
