I dont know if they will. Fans are speculating elsewhere that Freddie will just get slap on wrist

Did you see that photo? Plus his GF was badly injured. It may be good to give him consequences and as much as I like Freddie as Sonny, maybe Days should recast.

Regardless of whether or not she presses charges, or the state does (which I would doubt), he's hardly going to go to prison over this.

Plus its been said in the article, Charges are PENDING. So it looks like Freddie will be charged with something. What that is , that's not known YET

I wouldn't mind a recast…Freddie is just blah as Sonny….either that or write him off…and recast Will again..or just end Wilson…they are so boring.
