Then Felix. Carrrrrrrrlos, then Silazzzzzzzzzzzz, Sob-brina, drops Franco off of the hospital roof, with them both landing on Heather. I'm not going to lie, I don't get what his role is. Is he above Frank? I think he's more of a direct ABC employee, he works for multiple shows.
