Nah, I think Erica was the only one to live in that particular penthouse. It was built above Enchantment, specifically for her, and Aidan worked on it (which is how he met Kendall). This is where the Kane/Montgomery family spent Christmas 2003 and was also where they staged an intervention for Erica after she became an alcoholic:

Definitely the Capwell mansion (the original version) from Santa Barbara. That house, with its indoor fountain and tunnel that leads off the grounds (and to your neighbor's property, is the clear winner in my book.

Didn't Raquel also live in the garden-style apartment across from Hayley and Mateo? I liked that little set-up, it was very southern California sitcom-y, like something you'd see on Three's Company/The Ropers.
