I only caught was was RTd, and apparently, the SID person is a bigger Robin stan than a Craptini stan and didn't appreciated the Sobby propping. Ron reminded that person that Robin didn't go thru all that much while she was being held captive. Members alexisfan07 Posted December 12, 2013 Members Share Posted December 12, 2013 I forgot to mention, I rolled my eyes so damn hard at Lucy justifying Franco's actions and saying - literally - "The tumor made him do it!" I literally can't. But I'm glad they at least juxtaposed it with Franco choosing to enact violence. I've had no time for Ron for a least a year but that's just icing on the cake. I laugh when people praise Patrick's indecision for its realism. Come on. This isn't about realism. It's about Ron wanting the story to focus on his favorite and frame it as her being hard done by. This is essentially a much worse written version of Kathleen/Cass/Frankie on AW, although at least Frankie (who annoyed me quite a bit at times) was played by a superb actress. Many are extremely unhappy with the writing for Scrubs, and they certainly have valid complaints, but moRon makes fun? That's just stupid. He simply does not know how to back off. She's been without Kevin for a while, in addition to their divorce or separation prior to her return. She's always had those weaknesses, and she and Scott have a long history. I didn't care for most of their interplay on PC, because it was often so full of sturm und drang and self-importance, built entirely on dismantling Kevin and Lucy. But here, in their limited story capacity, Scott and Lucy have been a lot of fun together, and we know she and Kevin will find their way back to each other. It is, as others have said, insane to be able to talk about these three again in 2013. So I don't mind this storyline, slight though it perhaps is. I think it works for all three.
