I agree with this. It only stands to reason if Maxie's sins from 2006 can come out, so should Lulu's of the same year. They should have recalled Dillon for his testimony.

Lulu had a one night stand with Georgie's husband which resulted in her getting pregnant while they were all teens. That's not on the same level as the vicious and malicious stuff Maxie did to Lucky and Liz. Her actions were criminal. I really don't see what Dillon could have added to this case. He having a ONS when they were fresh out of high school helps prove that Lulu is an unfit mother?

That's not what happened with Lulu and Dillon. Lulu engineered the breakdown of a marriage in order to sleep with Dillon. If we are talking about character witnesses, Dillon would be a good one to tarnish Lulu's golden Halo in that regard. She was a home wrecker who destroyed a marriage, purposely because she wanted Dillon for five seconds. She later turned around and aborted a child from a man she so desperately wanted not even a month or so into the courtship. Sleeping with men who are married and you barely know as well as taking advantage of a situation to get what one wants shows all of the following: bad judgement, horrible character and poor decision making. This doesn't paint a benevolent picture of her character as a child provider/caregiver.

Lulu, Georgie and Dillon were teens, I doubt any judge would consider that. And that does not trump drug dealing Maxie. Also faking a pregnancy? This just shows a pattern with Maxie. She's a sociopath.

She was a friggin teenager. Most of them have bad judgement and poor decision making and that's due to lack of life experience. Someone's actions as a teen are not representative of their character as adults pushing 30. NOTHING Lulu did when she was in high school is proof that she is an unfit mother today almost 10 years later.

Wasn't Lulu 18 when she got her abortion? I'm pretty sure Dillon and Georgie were older than that as well. All were considered adults in that storyline.

The drug dealing was also 7 years out of date to though. You can't cherry pick for one character based on time and then hold another to an exacting standard. Both Maxie and Lulu had troublesome stories in 2006 where they were malevolent to other kind-hearted characters . Would it be wise to bring up Lulu's alcoholism in the trial too, if we are bringing up Maxie's deceit? I don't even really care about this storyline but both women are fallible based on their history.

Dillon was older by a year but Lulu and Georgie were fresh out of HS. It doesn't matter, bc all were still teenagers and all did stuff which does not represent them today. The stuff that happened back them is irrelevant to the person Lulu is today and again does not prove she is an unfit mother!

I'm pretty sure stealing drugs from your candy striper job at the hospital would be considered worse then sleeping with a married man. One is illegal and one is just morally wrong.
