With no promo they're doing good. I wonder what OWN thinks of the performance. I wish they'd promote it even a tiny bit. It could be a good source of revenue for them.

All my children is doing fairly well. Pp should put a lot of muscle into it to make its numbers go higher.

Their numbers are too close to say one is doing significantly better than the other. They need to be putting their resources into both shows equally. Two successful shows is better than if they end up having to cancel one of them.

Oltl is over. It stunk I mean downright Terrible. Amc has potential. I am hoping season 2 they knock it out. They need to secure lucci for a few episodes but it has promise.

It's your opinion that OLTL sucked, but the ratings are similar for both shows so it doesn't merit a cancellation. That would be stupid. I also don't understand people who act like AMC is safe. Clearly there is a lack of funds, so things could still fall through with AMC and if things continue on this path then there may not be a third season for even that show.

They are pretty close but you can't deny OLTL is lower. That said, OLTL had more issues than and AMC is more of a brand name. If OWN or whoever promoted both shows I am sure OLTL and AMC would have higher yet equal ratings. A lot of people are under the impression AMC is back but OLTL is not because 9 times out of 10 the press talks very little of OLTL's return but focus on the return of AMC.

Basically, I don't think OLTL sucked and I do think it will come back but they need promotion. I think OLTL will become the more youth soap though.

I need to see some receipts on that claim. From what I saw, the mainstream press talked about them equally while the soap press fixated on the OLTL/GH hostage crisis.

There is no denying that OLTL is lower, but it's not like the difference in ratings between Y&R and DAYS, it's so close that there is no reason to believe that OLTL couldn't achieve similar ratings to AMC with a better promotional strategy.

Sorry. What I meant was it is more known that AMC is back, at least most people who I talked to about the shows know AMC came back but OLTL isn't. I more or less jumped on the conclusion.

And they still are

If oltl returned it needs a better exec producer to execute it. It just was beyond terrible. It wasted every vet. AMC has better brand but also the lucci factor.

Did you actually watch the show, JONNY, or is this another brilliant premonition not unlike your posts about how Jean Passanante is a wonderful HW for Y&R?
