Chad was married and she was allegedly (even though we know it's true, I'm going to use alleged) boinking him, hence why he filed for divorced. She solidified this assumption (to me) last night. Apparently she did so a few months ago at a fan event they hosted too. She also posts pics of them on Twitter constantly. Messy. Just messy.

He and his former wife got married young, and as a large majority of young marriages it proved to be a mistake and they quickly got it annulled. While they were still legally married he clearly was dating KA. People make it seem far worse than it is, and placing the blame strictly on KA is what's truly messy here.

As for days, I think they submitted the disaster climax, the episode where ej saves Sami as she is handing off that platform and the one where Kristen and John are on smith island and Nicole is thinking about killing herself.

With winners, I think all were deserving. Maybe not my first choice, but I don't think anyone that won didn't deserve it. KA winning over JMW is insane, but KA put in a great episode and I'm happy for her. I wish that JT had won over DD, but I'm not upset DD won either.

The fact that it was annulled speaks volumes as well. It not exactly easy to get an annulment.

Michael Logan and Carolyn Hinsey... at least I think it was them... summed it up best. We don't know one-tenth of what goes on behind the scenes. Maybe Chad's wife turned out to be a shrew? Maybe he wasn't ready to get married? It happens. I had two friends tie the knot before they were even 21 years old and the marriage didn't even last one year.

The thing I pointed out is the Emmy is given out for ON-screen material, not what happens off camera. What pisses me off is people automatically pile on KA when I have heard nothing but nice things about her.

I think you're right about it being the Daysaster climax because of the shot of Sami in that pink blazer on top of the platform during the clip, which was Summer 2012 around the Olympic break, but Kristen didn't return until the fall.

Did you ever hear me say that I blame just KA? Oh yeah . . . . you didn't. Someone asked a questioned and I answered. It takes two to tango; however, KA was the one to state the claim on the stage last night, thus solidifying what people have been speculating for awhile. Secondly, IDC if Chad got married when he was 45. Marriage is marriage. He should've thought about that for he walked down the aisle. If anyone is guilty, it's him, but KA isn't off the hook b/c she complied. Both of them are messy.

Exactly! I don't get the he was so young excuses I keep seeing for him either. He was 25, he didn't get married straight out of highschool. It's not about age it's about the fact that he was too emotionally immature and we all saw him and KA flirting back and forth online while he was married.
