May 13, 201312 yr Member PS I really hope they wait til AM/Kendall gets back more regularly to continue the story w/Miranda finding out she's a child of rape. Her Aunt Kendall could totally help her get through that. She went through it herself! She was lied to just like Miranda was! If they don't play that up I will be SO disappointed.

May 13, 201312 yr Member was she? I didnt think her adopted parents knew her history, did they? Totally didnt realize Celia and Petey werent on till you guys mentioned it...lol That's the impression I always got (that she was lied to about the rape, in some capacity, though someone please correct me if I'm wrong!) And, LOL. I don't hate them or anything but after 8 straight episodes, their absence was welcomed by me with open arms. I could do with it lasting a few more eps Edited May 13, 201312 yr by AllMyDaysatGH
May 13, 201312 yr Member was she? I didnt think her adopted parents knew her history, did they? Kendall's adoptive parents lied to her about being adopted, but they didn't know about the rape. Erica, by her own admission, tried to protect Kendall from the knowledge of the rape and her father's identity but Kendall kept pushing for that information (after Kendall discovered the truth of her conception, she still didn't know the whole story, or who her father was, for months and months). They might be gearing up to do something similar with Miranda - Bianca not wanting to tell her, Miranda demanding to know, Bianca having to reveal her rape. So maybe they'll play up the parallel with Kendall having felt lied to about her adoption in the same way Miranda might feel lied to about where she came from. Edited July 14, 20169 yr by Auroraila
May 13, 201312 yr Member I have to say it is getting funny how the show seems to try to address things that bother us. Apparently Zach and Erica got a gag order preventing details of Bianca and Michael from continuing to be written about. Also Bianca is worried that Miranda could still find out by the internet. Hey so far no Pete/Celia. Will it last? I'm glad they addressed it and it does make sense that Erica & Zach would've gotten a gag order. I hope Pete/Celia get at least 2 days in a row off! *No Pete or Celia. I'm an atheist, but I'll thank all sorts of Gods right now. *Eric Nelsen just slays me. Seeing AJ's glee at his father being alive slowly turn into heartbreak when JR doesn't recognise him was incredible. *Angie is such a bad-ass. Such a Mama Bear fighting for her cub. I'm a fellow atheist and I say amen! ITA about Eric Nelson. He's the best young actor I've seen on a soap in several years. Debbi Morgan brought the fierceness! OMG. The actor playing Uri is way too good & completely immersed in his role! I was really uncomfortable watching him & Cassandra. I thought this was a gripping episode all around! Nice to get a break from Celia & Pete. Seriously. LOL. The Jessie/Angie scenes were damn good. Debbi's performance was wonderful; so much power and just the right amount of restraint at certain moments. She never comes off OTT. Just natural & pouring with emotion. She's incredible! DAMN, JR didn't recognize his own son. That last scene was shocking, great work for Eric Nelsen, I can't wait to see what happens next! I really hope JR's personality change doesn't last long. More awesome work from Lindsay & Vincent! I'm so glad Cara's lying!! The Gentleman's Club set is nice! Of course Zach slicked his way in. I'm just going to have to get over my concern over if he bathed or not, aren't I? But damn, he was just in the dumpster in the episode before this...then he meets up w/Binx for coffee at Jane's?! NO sir... The Cass story was disturbing to watch but compelling at the same time due to the top notch acting. Martin Harvey is a real find. The guy is just spellbinding in the role of Uri. I mean wow, that last scene blew my mind! You very well summed up my thoughts on this episode. I was glued to my screen today!
May 13, 201312 yr Member I've discussed it with the other members of the AA community and we've determined that AA Debbi Morgan did us AA's proud! However, we're disappointed in Cassandra. Doesn't she know all AA's are natural born dancers? What the hell was she doing?!

LOL...I thought she was lying and faking (including being a virgin) so she would appear less desirable and more useless to this guy. Probably wouldnt have been too conducive to her to start twerkin it Edited May 13, 201312 yr by Cheap21
May 13, 201312 yr Member After appearing on the Mo'Nique show with God's chosen Black Disciple Darnell Williams? How dare she? Darnell Williams and Debbi Morgan - Daytime Soaps Number ONE AA SuperCouple in ther annals of Daytime history! No one comes close.

Debbi asked for an audition to play Jesse's girlfriend at the beginning of their Iconic characters. Darnell was the first one hired at AMC.
May 13, 201312 yr Member Someone please feed Cara! Dear God she looks horrible. WAY too skinny. I'm really hoping David somehow manages to rescue Cassandra because it might put an end to some of the "David is Evil" mindset in that town.
May 13, 201312 yr Member Also... I was impressed with the pole dancing in the background when Zach walked into the club. My first thought was, "That's not something you'd see on ABC..."
