March 22, 201312 yr Member Speaking of the devil. Ashley Jones (Bridget) has apparently tweeted that she will be on four upcoming episodes of B&B. No doubt to catch her mother in the act. I wonder if Logan will put in an appearance.
March 22, 201312 yr Member Thanks, I read this earlier today. Perhaps to catch her mother in the act... Or a Eric/Taylor wedding might bring Bridget back
March 22, 201312 yr Author Member I can see Bridget warning Brooke about her behavior with Bill. Of course, Brooke will claim innocence and ignore her completely.
March 23, 201312 yr Member I bet it's an Eric/Taylor wedding. You could be right on that one... Anyhow; t's nice to have her back. Bridget is not needed back fulltime but a guest spot is very nice
March 23, 201312 yr Member I like AJ, but, boy, did Bell make the right call in sending Nick, Owen, Jacquie and Budge away a year ago. Agree with shielaforever - I wouldn't mind Bridget being back as recurring, if only to be Brooke's moral conscious.
March 23, 201312 yr Member I no longer care for Bridget and neither does the show since her storylines are given to Hope now, who is basically a new version of the Budge. The Ashley Jones years ruined a beloved character for me with the attraction to Ridge, the endless marriages to Nick Marrone and the endless triangles with him and her relatives and the stupid idea to make her a fashion designer out of the blue, not to mention the fact that she has an unneeded kid with a character who means nothing to the B&B history.

Actually most of the Bridget/Ridge stuff was Jennifer Finnigan.

When she joined, the character had already moved passed that in a romance with Oscar and was put with Nick who ended up being her main love interest. The Ridge stuff cant be blamed on her

March 24, 201312 yr Member You are right I had forgotten all about this and I had to watch a painful clip of Ridge and JF Bridget kissing in order to be 100% sure. I don't blame the storylines on Ashley Jones, as a matter of fact I like her as an actress. If Brad Bell hadn't wasted her in endless meaningless marriages and triangles she could and should be Steffy's rival instead of Hope in today's B&B.

This. As I've said previously, watching Rick and Hope is like watching what Rick and Bridget should be. Bridget in the form of Ashley Jones seems like Rick's older sister (or mother). And that endless back-n-forth with Nick Marone... ugh.
