Yep this. Anyone can say "this person said this and this and that" doesn't mean it's true nor does it make it confirmation of anything. I haven't seen anything anywhere where TSJ said he'd be willing to return even short term, until then I don't see why we should have to take the word of this person as gospel

I do think he'll be back to wrap up the two Todd's stuff and nothing more

As it stands right now officially is that TSJ's Fan Club President Debby O'Connor said on his behalf that he has not received any contact from Prospect Park and she also swore that he doesn't lie to her.

I hope we get some more casting news next week as all we know is that Set's are being built and placed in the Studio and the cast will arrive for meetings/rehearsals and sorting out dressing rooms etc...

Dude, all due respect, history is going against you on Victor not turning up in some form or another.

Before TSJ left the show, Ron Carlivati and co. planned for Victor and Todd to continue their rivalry on OLTL for years to come. They had no intention of writing him out permanently. They also planned ahead of time to resurrect him to ensure that. This is all from TPTB's own mouths.

They also planned to resolve the OLTL cliffhanger on GH and reveal that Victor was alive. This is from Frank Valentini last fall.

While GH's plans may have been sidetracked, I have no doubt Victor Jr. will be seen alive and well, and no matter who ends up playing him, I have no doubt he will end up being a long-term character again on OLTL.

I say all that without my being a big fan of his. I think the character is fascinating, but as "Todd" he devolved into scum and I was happy to see him "die" for a while. That said, his potential future on the canvas is too massive to ignore. And these are not rumors or spec, they're fact from the personnel's mouths. Which leads me to believe Victor will most certainly be back for good sooner or later.

It is always vastly entertaining to read TSJ's Todd called scum compared to how remorseless RH been playing Todd since 2001.

Oh well I do agree TSJ misled fans in the past so I wouldn't be surprised if he's keeping a return secret again. I suspect this will all leak once PP starts taping OLTL.

And it's equally entertaining watching you try to pick a fight to defend your favorite character by talking about anything but the topic of the argument, and instead engaging in a forced contest of false equivalency best left to the experts in the Republican Party. Lady, it's the weekend, I ain't got time. And it's just my opinion which neither of us can do anything about. So go kick up that dirt somewhere else.

laugh.png Well, you had it right the first time. That version of Todd needed to be gone.

Anyway, I agree with you. I cannot see Victor not being part of the canvas.

You're projecting, Vee. Picking fights and driving away long-time posters is your 24/7 calling, not mine. Btw, he's not even my favorite character I just find the double standards employed blatantly ridiculous - come to think of it much like Fox News blowhards so you fit right in there. LOL!

Discussion topic: Trevor St. John

He might be coming back to OLTL, or he might not be. Some people want Trevor St. John to come back and some people don't.

End of discussion topic. tongue.png

Thank you. Frankly, I don't want to know if or if he isn't coming back or would or whatever. Id rather it be a surprise. Moving on....

So basically according to you, any commentary from TSJ about him reprising Victor is false, lies, & hearsay.

But, someone saying that TSJ won't be back is official, confirmed, truth. Got it.

FYI. You don't know anything Debby said was on TSJ's behalf. Those comments floating around the Net were from a private facebook group. Not TSJ making some kind of statement,

    • On that same note, it's astounding to have mobster Sonny in the same office with Mayor Laura chatting it up about their mutual grandson. Think about the reaction if John Gotti and Mayor Eric Adams had a friendship

?? I guess the Logic behind Sonny & Jason acceptance is like when i saw a documentary where FBI agents said they'd rather deal with the mafia than terrorists or cartels---they're the "lesser of 3 evils". Anyway I'm about 30 years late on this convo.
    • Im confused. Does Jessica know anything about June's relation to Tyrell? At the start of the episode, it seemed like June was gonna slip that he was her son but she caught herself but later in the episode she referred to him as "my boy" and Jessica had no reaction like that wasnt a surprise to her No, Anita was putting money in the account every 6 months but we werent told how much was in it when Leslie became a beneficiary. The show has set it up that it was multiplying based off the interest so that its really worth quite alot now. I dont buy it but thats what they've told us
    • What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?
    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.

    • Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.
