I just find the doorknob messages on this picture hilarious.

More hilarious: they had to put up the sign after some of the actors were confused.

Nope just the one for both soaps

I'm not so sure. I'm sure they have many different iterations of promos, and I did see Denyse Tontz on twitter noticing that one of the promos has her in her bra. I'm familiar with that clip from the Hulu spot, but the TV promo on TOLNSoaps doesn't show that clip.
