OLTL: The Prospect Park Era (old production thread)

I think TSJ is basically covering for himself by saying PP/TOLN hasn't contacted him deflects a lot of heat on to PP/TOLN and save face. If it were himself saying no to PP/TOLN hes basically going to piss off his fans and make him look like a heel. Either way he comes off very unprofessional and I don't think that will mix well with people in the cast and crew.

I do like him but I really hope for the best in his future endeavors.

I think he probably could be successful in primetime. I think he's already had gigs? I don't follow him so I don't know. I think OLTL will be just fine without him. Or with him. Who knows what the deal is? It's like Alderson and Easton. I'm just over it.

Hopefully whatever he does in primetime, he makes an attempt to act and not look bored constantly like he did most of his OLTL run

There was some really good stuff with him up until after the "execution". After that, I don't know what happened. Looking and acting bored is great way to describe it.

I wonder if he's really going to be back, but just keeping quiet about it.

It's funny that you bash TSJ, call him unprofessional, & say for whatever reason the cast & crew should have a problem with him, yet you wish him well. You just don't want him on OLTL. TSJ has done nothing unprofessional & gets along with the cast very well.

I almost never check Twitter on my own, but I was curious about the OLTL hashtag this morning. I believe KDP just tweeted she's off today - and good for her with this [!@#$%^&*] weather.

I liked what ES had to say about TSJ. The idea that he didn't want to "play" came through in his performance. After the first year or two and other than a few bright spots after he seemed exceedingly bored with everything. I don't think he's the type of actor that can play the same role year after year without losing his mind. He can be a good actor but he's certainly not a consistent actor.

Or maybe it's just the Todd character that brings this out in performers because RH can be accused of the same thing. He seemed rejuvenated by Todd's return story (as did TSJ) and his material on GH.
