AMC: The Prospect Park Era (old production thread)

SL didn't/doesn't have the pull to make the demands she made when she worked on AMC. The show isn't going to move the production to accommodate one person, even if it is SL. Plus, it doesn't even make sense for SL to make the demand since she still lives NY, and the CT location would ultimately be more convenient. Is it possible that DM and JB, who have spent the majority of their career in SL's shadow (despite being stronger actors, IMO) want the chance to prove the show can work without SL, sure. Could it also be that they simply want the show to succeed and understand that counting on SL, who is clearly more interested in pursing other projects, isn't really an option despite all the press that SL wants to come back to AMC, sure.

And the Celebrity Dirty Laundry is just referring to the article, they have no reliable source other than the "Globe."

The National Enquirer was accurate on the John Edwards/Reille Hunter story and a few others that they shut up everyone and proved everyone wrong that they cannot report facts/truths so the Globe article on Susan Lucci and TPTB working out things for her to come back to "save AMC", may have a half-fact, half-truth to the story or not??

I just put out that article for general purposes and nothing else. Now if a legitimate Soap media and/or on-line soap media puts out something similar that their sources are hearing the same as the Globe article, then it would give me pause for concern. Time will tell, for sure.

To be honest I always thought that Ryan and Erica story would play better. I almost thought that could have worked - May and December with two of the show's leading stars.

I also kind of liked Phantom Erica and Felicity LaFortune, so my taste is extremely suspect.
