Bill Horton wasn't cocky. Mickey was the one with the chip on his shoulder ... at least, originally. And when did Bill treat Tom poorly? He was angry because Tom treated him lesser than Tommy and Mickey. To say Bill isn't decent is a bit much. Complex? Sure. Did he make mistakes? Definitely. But in the end, he's a good man.

I think Tomlin and Whitesell just wanted to undo MarDar's stuff (Ian and the coin, Stefano not being EJ's father, etc) as quickly as possible.

In this case, Id rather they had just slowed down. They could have written Ian out without bringing Stefano back yet. Everything feels so sloppily handled

I am fine with it. I was getting annoyed with the frame EJ story regardless.
