I think you can incorporate pieces of Taylor and still be Billie. Certainly by making her more cutthroat in the business sense. I certainly wouldn't want her sleeping around and breaking up marriages. But considering Madison has made it her lifes mission to destroy Kate, I wouldn't mind a rivalry forming and Madison getting a Billie Bitch Slap.

Speaking of Madison, they've GOT to do something about this storyline. I knew that insta!pairing with Brady would never work and it hasn't. These two characters need to break up forever and they need to find a place for her on the canvas. I feel like she *could* be interesting, but I also don't think the show needs her. If something clicks great, otherwise she can kick rocks.

Madison suffers from limited interactions. She only interacts with Brady, Kate, Victor, Sami and now Ian. They need to spread her out more and test what works and what doesnt. It might be weird bc of the Brady connection but I thought they should have made her friends with Nicole. They had good interaction early on. She has no allies or anyone to talk to. She seems very isolated

I also feel like she whines too much to be played by Sarah Brown. Even Julia on ATWT (who I loved) had more balls than this.

I honestly thought she and Nicole were going tobe friends. God knows the two of them could use someone.

I like Rafe and Nicole's friendship. Hopefully the show doesn't ruin it by having them hop into bed. I like friendships where I'm sort of intrigued by the thought of the friends as romantic interests but where it never really happens.

Absolutely LOVED the Pub scenes today.

Great episode today, especially the scenes at the pub. Drama within family members is always fun to watch. This is the kind of stuff that works when you have familiar faces back. Also loved the history nod to Sami drugging Austin. Lucas: "That sure happens to you a lot." Sami: "I can't believe you brought that up." And what made that line work really well is it happened to PM's Austin.

Why did Billie have Sami's kids and at EJ's inaugaration? I wonder how she got all of them and if Sami knows what she was doing. I cant see her allowing Billie to bring them to him and its not like Billie is close to EJ to go behind her back like that. (ETA to see Sami mention it at the end of the show)

Good use of Marlena today. I especially love her shutting Sami down. Its too bad we didnt see Crazy Caroline doing it while fumbling through her lines. How ironic she is on today after I mentioned missing her yesterday
