Watching Sharon Wyatt's final scenes as a contract player on GH, saying goodbye to her beloved Robin, makes me long for a return of Tiffany Donnelly even more (start at 6:09):

Robin was so lucky to have so many surrogate parents who stepped up to the plate when Robert and Anna could not: Sean, Tiffany, Holly, Felicia, Bobbie, Tony...

... Frisco, Tom, Alan (a stalwart during the HIV diagnosis), and even Holly after Robin was presumed dead. Robin was truly raised by a village. The Tiffany/Robin farewell was so sad.

But no one has been more important than the stalwart that is her, "Uncle Mac," Scorpio. As much as I love that her parents will be back, I hope that they honour that for all intensive purposes, Mac has been the only person there for her. He is more of a father than Robert will ever be.

ITA. Sadly for Robert, Mac was Robin's father when it counted the most. I hope that Mac is not pushed aside when Robert returns.

How great would it be if Robert and Anna were on contract. I doubt it, seeing how even Garin said most returnees will be recurring, but a boy can wish.

It would and contract vs recurring wouldnt matter as RC has a great handle on how to utilize recurring characters so they get ample amount of story and airtime as needed. OLTL has been really good about that in recent years

Eh. Can't win 'em all. RC and FV utilized a canvas better than most. OLTL hasn't felt like 6 people rotating partners like GH or AMC, it's an actual community.

Cheap, I agree with this. His recurring characters have been given long arcs and featured prominently in the canvas. I loved how Laura Koffman appeared for weeks leading up to the Cramer reunion. It was more than just a cameo. Similarly for Melissa Gallo and Tuc Watkins at that time.

Though a bit of a re-write and a lousy conclusion, Lee Halpern got a lot of air time and the opportunity for solid interactions with faces from her past.

Isn't Sharon Wyatt very ill? Anyway, great to see Robert returning, and with Luke still around I hope we get some sort of adventure. There has not been a Robert and Helena scene since 1981 and I think those two would light up the scene with their repartee.

no like Echo and Lindsay during her last few years. Roxy as well has had involvement in story arcs in between her downtime. Echo's probably the best example of taking someone from the past, bringing them back and giving them alot to do. As a recurring character, she was utilized quite well.

The size is 200? I don't know. I used what worked for me...lol The vdieo gif wouldn't go through but the pictured one did.

Anyone else think that he and Anna are going to be utilized in the OLTL plot? With Tomas' background in the CIA which is linked to Irene and her organization which was the catalyst for the Two Todds plot, it kinda seems like Anna/Robert's WSB connections could be linked into all of this for a bigger umbrella story.

"Insiders" at other boards say Robert will be working with John McBain. Hopefully it involves taking down the mob in PC once and for all.
