With the mess of explaining this story has already involved, I can't see it being easy to explain Victor being alive seeing how Tea was right there... and making him alive would erase this mess of who killed him with the incessant Todd-shooting-off-the-screen flashback.....

I'm sure it will somehow involve a cliffhanger to transition to PP as many have stated.

Do you recall the story surrounding him being killed? You know the super secret all powerful CIA-esque agency which faked deaths, did brainwashing, replacements, etc... Considering how they established almost anything can be done, I think explaining Victor as being alive would be rather easy. Irene wanted to take her son back now that everything has been exposed and saw the opprtunity to frame Todd for it, thus torturning and tormenting him. The flashback we keep seeing is most likely a false implaneted memory

OMG!! Best news ever!!! I'm sure this will be part of the cliffhanger going into PP. I can't wait to see him back! I'm hoping for a sweet scene between him and Tea about the new baby. Happy dance!

Oh my god!! My day has been made and then some. I'm ridiculously pumped. Dead or alive, i need TSJTodd back in my life.

I will say though, I'm cautiously optimistic. If it's just Victor locked up in that same chair Todd was, it'll be a total buzzkill.
