WOW. Okay, the recasting surprised me. Trying my best not to jump to conclusions...

Maybe he looked as bad or worse than he did at the end of his run? The guy was obviously dealing with some issues.

Brandon was in a car accident at the beginning of October. From what I understand, he was NOT at fault. Another car slammed into his vehicle at a high rate of speed, totalling his car.He reportedly had to climb out the window to get out of the vehicle.

It's possible he suffered some sort of injury which he thought he could handle but could not.

Thank god it's not good ol marbles in my mouth Brandon Buddy returning...I don't care for the character, but the actor did him no favors.

Ok i don't wanna gloat since he almost died.

So, why can't they just do a rewrite instead of a pointless spur of the moment recast?

It's too late to re-write anything. Filming is almost done and from what we already know Cole was back for several episodes. Can't wait to find out the real issue with Brandon. I knew about his car accident, but that can't be the reason. He was already filming the role. Something must've happened.

Well how is he looking lately, anyone seen any recent photos? I hope he's doing okay in the grand scheme of things.

Well, I think that's an improvement. As I said, I hate to jump to any unfair conclusions, but there always seemed to be something of concern going on there.
