I loooove scheming Stephanie. I love this new fighting Taylor.

I love the entire show right now. Its like its woken up from a coma.

I love Clarks storyline.

The overal style is similar to 1987... 1993. Its better written. MUCH MUCH better.

Overall would rate it 9 out of 10.

When I will watch again I will probably always skip mid 1994 to end of 1995. This was a disaster period.

Most definitely. Typo’s exit and then pregnancy probably changed the direction for Grant. Suddenly, Winsor Harmon auditions as Thorne and Brad is all hot for a Caroline redux with the brothers vying for the same woman. Yawn

@divinemotion Second half of 1996 it felt like B&B was preparing to expand to 1 hour in time for its 10th anniversary but as we all know that didn't happen. There's a bit of a cast purge not long after the 10th anniversary.

A castbpurge not addressed at all onscreen. They are just gone suddenly. It felt very weird, yet the arrival of Amber was pretty interesting with Sheila in the desert.

@sheilaforever Amber arrived Summer 1997 and Rick and Bridget were SORASed again by the end of the year. 

Bradley would then reuse his father's work from a decade earlier, as Amber became Bradley's version of Nina. Later in 1998 Bradley would reuse his father's work again w/ Rick/Amber/Kimberly being Bradley's version of Phillip III/Nina/Cricket.

Except the differences were that Stephanie was supportive or at least tried to see the good in Amber (until she wanted Thomas, haha) where Katherine didn’t really warm up to Nina until the David Kimble trial, and Kimberly and Amber just hated each other.

Someone who has watched... Is it going to last? Is 1997 a great year?

Let me say that I loooove the show in late 1996.

 

I would say the past 200 episodes have been a great season for bold.

 

I would even rate this period late 1996 going into 1997 the best since 1993.

 

 

I am watching currently 1994, 1997 and 2023 lol. I must confess that i used to enjoy the Who shot Grant story in 1997 and now i am enjoying it again this gun Stephanie has - there isn't an employee in FC that has not laid his/he hands on it lol. I bunch of fingerprints.

BTW i will try to finish uploading 2018 and 2019 during the weekend

Yes and no. Some stuff is great while the Ridge/Taylor/Thorne stuff is pretty bare bones and hard to stomach, IMO.

@sheilaforever Agree that 1997 was hit and miss. I didn't like Thorne falling for Taylor either. I also think KKL's pregnancy leave may have derailed Bradley's original plans for Who Shot Grant.

What do you guys think is Bradley Bell's best season of the show overall?
