June 20, 201114 yr Author Member I'm sure ratings were awful, so I doubt there'll be another. I'm sure they will. Ugh...just realized my best bud text me to meet him...and I didnt know because I was watching this worthless show....ugh
June 20, 201114 yr Member Next year's show will be a live telecast stream on the internet That might actually be an improvement....after all, it couldn't be any worse than what we've seen on TV the past two years.
June 20, 201114 yr Member HER OVER DEBBI MORGAN? This is utter bullshit. I actually like LW, but over Debbie Morgan?? No. Hell no.
June 20, 201114 yr Member "Dr Oz" (Talk Show Informative and Talk Show Host), Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa (Talk Show Host), and "Ellen" (Talk Show Entertainment) Who were the talk show winners? Edited June 20, 201114 yr by jfung79
June 20, 201114 yr Member I wonder just how much longer they will let the Daytime Emmys continue, whether they are broadcast or not....there just aren't that many soaps left. Couldn't you image if it got down to just B&B and Y&R competing against one another for every award? They're going to start collapsing some of the categories like when Mary Fickett won she was up against non actors.

June 20, 201114 yr Member "Dr Oz" (Talk Show Informative and Talk Show Host), Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa (Talk Show Host), and "Ellen" (Talk Show Entertainment) Thanks. I can't believe Regis & Kelly won! Now, they can't ever say that they don't win Emmys.
June 20, 201114 yr Member I'm glad Brittany Allen won, proves how sucky Marissa was and how sucky Sarah Glendelning really is as an actress. B/c BA has something she'll never have "Fierce that b!tch!"
June 20, 201114 yr Member They're going to start collapsing some of the categories like when Mary Fickett won she was up against non actors. She won her award as part of the Primetime Emmys, I believe. It was a blanket award for "Outstanding Daytime Achievement" or something like that. I don't see the Primetime Emmys of today ever including a daytime category. I'm glad Brittany Allen won, proves how sucky Marissa was and how sucky Sarah Glendelning really is as an actress. No offense. But this makes absolutely no damn sense. Edited June 20, 201114 yr by All My Shadows

B/c BA has something she'll never have "Fierce that b!tch!" How does that prove anything? Clearly the Emmys mean nothing. I mean Melissa Claire Egan,Jacob Young and Debbi Morgan walked away losers No offense. But this makes absolutely no damn sense. +1 Edited June 20, 201114 yr by Cheap21

Couldn't you image if it got down to just B&B and Y&R competing against one another for every award? Do the telenovas that air on Univision and Telemundo have an awards show? Maybe, since they are the close cousin to the soap opera, they'll have those shows be elegible for these awards.
June 20, 201114 yr Member AMS --- Clear Drama, while I enjoy him, hasn't been making sense for the past few weeks now, so don't try!
June 20, 201114 yr Member BTW, did anyone see this EW article the other day where they picked who they thought would win? Among those making their guesses from SON's own Xavier Toups.... http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/06/16/daytime-emmys/
