I was quite surprised by all of that devotion. I hope they gave Mrs. Nixon as much in last year's program.

I love my FOX Sunday night, but I will definitely see you all this evening @8. Is it airing 7pm Central and Mountain?

Speaking of Daytime Emmy programs, I still have mine from the night Susie didn't Losie. I wonder if it's worth anything... not that I would ever...

As usual, I've got Emmy fever today, as it's always been and always will be my favorite awards show. I'm so excited for the possibility of a Colleen Zenk win that I'm busting!

One thing that I find exciting this year is that there are no locks, save Jonathan Jackson. In most categories, it's anybody's game which could make for either a really interesting broadcast or a big ole WTF? show.

It sucks that my computer konked out Saturday night. I'm on another one and if AMC wins I probably won't be able to post.

I heard that were not, which sucks. Jim Romanovich tweeted this: "There will be no nominees clips shown. Sorry. You have to ask yourself why this show died three years ago. Clips never did actors justice."

Wait...WTF? I can't even with this.

I don't mind there not being clips because most acting awards shows don't use them, but would showing a very, very brief montage of all of the nominees before each category really bankrupt the United States?

If the Emmys died it was because of stupid winners and because of Dick Clark practically chasing people off the stage with a pitchfork.

Please tell me they at least won't have any bad "comedy", like the one a few years ago with Regis not funny Philbin, or that dumbass on The View who thinks the Earth is flat?

ABC didn't even bother to put an AD in that program congratulating their nominees.

Jim Romanvich needs to STF.

I lament the passing of the soapnet style show and red carpet show. For me the daytime emmys are about one person and one person only, Ron Moss. To be able to watch him and his scarves, this is what the emmys are all about. Unless Ron is there, it just isn't the Daytime Emmys!
