The vets are nowhere near as untouchable as they once were and are more likely to get fired than the young stars. You're right in that a young star saying bad comments about a vet would have been a bigger deal a few years ago. Now? Not so much

I do believe tonight is the 8th and final ep. I would be shocked given the low ratings if it is renewed.
