Once upon a time I think Ingo would have worked out at Y&R, but now the show is so incredibly empty and boring, he would just stand around half-dead, like Stephen Nichols.

While Ingo is a good actor, I can't say that I'll miss Jax. I have hated him ever since he tied to take Courtney's baby away and after that, he's been like a pathetic lap dog to Carly.

SID has an exclusive interview with Ingo up, where he talks about his firing. Here's a tidbit I thought was interesting:

While Rademacher estimates that he'll tape his last episodes the early part of June, viewers will see his alter ego later this summer, as well. "Here's the good news -- I'm going to be back [taping] for about a week at the end of July," he reveals. "And that's per Garin's request. He thought the business was a little unfinished the way the writing was left. He asked if we could have Jax back, and I said, 'Yes, absolutely.' We are in the process of working that out. Who knows where it can go from there?"
