Anyway... 3 of my 4 faves are on the bubble! Ayla, Melissa, Will!! This is the first week I'm actively voting since season 3!

Taylor was awesome!! Totally freaked me out..but in a good way!! The man cant dance..but he is just who he is and does what he wants. I love him!! One of my faves out of the bunch.

Eliiot was ok..however not enough motion in his singing or stage presence. I agree with Simon.

I wouldn't call Elliot outstanding, but IMO, next to Chris, is the best vocalist. He's a perfect example of someone going into the Top 24 without a fanbase and gaining one. All it takes is pure talent.

Well, after Taylor won me over last week, he sure lost me this week. He sounded hoarse, he wasn't the best vocalist, and it looked like he was having a damn seizure. I can't believe how much praise he got. I thought he sucked this week.

Kevin is average. I really don't think he should be in the Top 12.

Gedeon was good. Not great. He has definitely improved.

I really do like Will. He reminds me a lot of myself, actually, which may be why I like him.

Bucky was okay. Last week was better.

Simon is spot on tonight. I really don't think he gets enough credit. I hate HOW he says the things he does but he is very spot on.

I think it's gonna be really hard to pick the bottom three for the guys. It's a huge toss up. I think the only safe ones are Chris, Taylor, Ace and Elliot. That leaves two spots open.

Yeah, Ace didn't work for me, either. He did okay, but it was an average performance.

I'm still underwhelmed by these contestants this year. We have some talent but is it me or are a lot of these performances just downright boring?

Wow I actually thought Ace did really good tonight. Tonight really wasn't Elliot and Chris's night, but their still my favorites out of all the males. Gideon was pretty good. Taylor was good also. I just wish he would quit with the all hand movement when he's singing. I didn't catch Will tonight, wished I could have seen it. I really like him.

Umm why is Kevin still in the competition?

I actually thought all 8 guys did a good job. I wish there could be more guys than girls in the Top 12. I think most of the guys know who they are and stay true to that and I have no idea what we're going to get from the females every week - one week a good performance the next week a stinker.

Gedeon and Ace are actually my least favorite guys but you know Ace will sail through by his supposed fanbase. I think Chris is way hotter but the show has been pimping Ace as this big sex symbol all season.

Despite who I like I think Gedeon, Will, Kevin and Bucky are the ones in danger on Thursday.

Here is my abbreviated two cents about this week (i am quite busy ):

Paris: Nice dancing but wrong song choice. Wasn't really good and I hate the melody changes she made but she sold it and made it tolerable.

Lisa: Not bad but not too good. Again, she sold it and made it tolerable which speaks alot for her talent and Paris'.

Melissa: Great up until that ending. It didn't really matter what she did this week though because she has very little fanbase and tends to be forgettable to many. She is alot like Jessica Sierra from last year-there is just something about her that the audience never connects with or doesn't seem to like. I think she is gone tomarrow unless people retaliate against Simon for his comments about her.

Kinnik: Started off fine but then horrible. She is totally gone and, like Melissa, was gone no matter what anyway for the same reasons. That and she has been in the bottom the few weeks. I don't even think fans going against Simon would save her really.

Ayla: Not bad but not her best. I liked it somewhat but I agree wiht Randy that it wasn't a good dinger's song for this competition. I don't see her as vulnerable at all and I really think she is safe. She has a good fanbase.

Katherine: Good but not fantastic. She has what it takes and definitely did herself a favor in showing some personality and doing an up temp song. She seemed like a different person personality-wise (especially with the Kevin and pregnancy joke) and I liked it. She has yet to have a "wow" moment though.

Mandisa-Perfect. I loved it. She is the girl to beat and no more explanation is needed.

Kellie: Good song choice and a nice performance. I loved her showing some sex appeal and I do love her and her personality. She is definitely making the show entertaining. As for Simon comparing her to Carrie, I think he means that she has better stage presence then she did through the whole competition. Carrie never looked comfortable until the finale when she realized she had it made so I think that was what he was saying but who cares his opinion. It was shocking I think because he loved Carrie the whole season last year.

Ok on to the guys:

Gideon: Not bad but he drives me nuts. He acts very odd and that smile is creepy. Nothing from the judges really seems to faze him either. He should make it through but if there is an upset it may be him going. I doubt it though.

Chris: Another good performance. Not great like last week but good. He is the man to beat and he will definitely make it no matter what (I mean we already know Fuel wanted him) happens on the show. I love the guy and he is the only guy I care to watch really. His performances are always memorable, unlike all the other guys this season.

Kevin: Needs to go STAT. What do the judges and everyone see in him? He is horrible, off key and pitch, and just all over the place. The kid's ego is getting inflated and he actually thinks he isn't bad. Its even gotten past sleep inducing-now its naseating. He will be gone tomarrow-he was in the bottom last week so hopefully its bye bye.

Will: Not as bad as Kevin but he sings the wrong songs. His Bobby Brady resemblence and him singing these songs that sound like they have been taken out of a retro sitcom like the Brady Bunch drive me nuts. If he stays and makes better song choices and changes his look a little I think he may do better but based on him right now its not good enough. He is vulnerable but Bucky or Gideon could save him.

Bucky: I liked it but he doesn't seem to have a big fanbase. It seemed a bit forgettable for me but he should stay but I could also see him going too.

Taylor: Last week he toned it down and I started to like him but this week he went fricking insane. His mannerisms and movements are like he is have a fit or seizure. That isn't performing-its acting like a sugar filled child who is bouncing off walls. Vocals weren't bad but dear God everything else was eccentric. I like his vocals and the fact that he is into performing but he needs to really stop this kind of stuff. He isn't going anywhere though.

Elliot: Very good. He is very consistent and I like him alot. Some good, natural talent there. He needs to continue to pick the right songs and doing what he is doing and he will go far. He needs to be decent every week though because he doesn't seem to have a huge fanbase IMO. I love the guy though alot.

Ace: Much better then last week and a decent song choice. I don't care for that high pitch thing but it works if you want girls to vote. He is definitely safe but he really needs to come up with something that is "wow" because right now he is just "good" IMO.

The girls still interest me more then the guys. I hear that alot from others too. The guys seem to know who they are and pick better songs but otherwise they never seem to bring it or make the show or their performances interesting. Chris, Ace, Elliot. Taylor are the exceptions to this with the occasional good performance out of Gideon and Bucky. There hasn't been many wows out of the girls either but they have had more then the guys. Ayla, Mandisa, Kellie, Paris, Lisa, and Katherine have impressed me at times so those 6 can pretty much beat any guy but Chris and Elliot IMO.

Agreed. Chris is effing gorgeous! And definitely the most talented.

I hope the top 4 end up being Chris, Paris, Mandisa, and... I guess Kelly or Elliot. I'm ready for over half of this year's contestants to go home already.
