As long as the escapism into other stories stops at Frankenstein, then I'm fine with it. But I've heard them even say I bet some TRON characters could be living in the realms somewhere. Like what in the actual f##k, NO NO NO! I don't care that the creators also did the TRON remake. And I've actually met them (and they're very nice), but still no LOL.

Stick with Fairytale Land, Wonderland and Never Never Land. Those three make for the perfect storytelling trifecta. smile.png I don't wanna hear no s##t about Oz either (though that would've worked better than Frankenstein but it's too late now to do another experimental story).

Other than that, this season has been on fire. I'm loving it way more than last season. I didn't feel any of season two's episodes really floundered (unlike some of last year's, the Leroy/Fairy one comes to mind first) and the cliffhangers have been dynamite! The acting is on point and I, like when I watched LOST, like the release and break from characters once in a while. Emma and Snow actually missed an episode, a first! Make me feel like everyone is somewhat important to the overall canvas. Loved going into Emma's past and we BETTER get a part two that further explains Henry's adoption cause that is one plothole I'm not willing to let go of.

ETA: Forgot to say I hate Jamie Chung as Mulan. She's so stiff and monotone! Please make her go away.

There was no reveal. I automatically assumed that Neal was Bae because how quickly he believed in magic after he looked into August's case. It also makes sense to me that children from the fairytale would gravitate to each when they entered the Storybrooke world and that Gold finding Henry for Regina was not an accident, rather he unknowingly was drawn to his grandson. However, there is no evidence of this and it does seem a bit too obvious so I am probably wrong.

No any fairytale that I can think of off the top of my head, but they are using a lot of difference stories from a variety of cultures.

More eppies WITHOUT Emma is where it's at! Loved last Sunday's eppy so much, but then again, I love anything with wolves or werewolfs, so perhaps I'm not the best judge. Loved Ruby's mother (too bad she died) - Annabeth Gish looks fabulous! She hasn't aged a bit.

That frog Prince Charming didn't even bother me in this eppy. I'm sure I'll go back to hating him soon enough, however!

Great start to the Spring season. I liked this episode. I just love Charming and Snow although I am not sure why they call her Mary Margaret any more. The scene where Emma and Henry found them in bed was hilarious and sweet. I even found the usually annoying Emma charming in her attempts to reach out to Regina and be a mother to Henry. Poor Emma, experiencing a childhood traumatic experience of seeing her parents in bed together. smile.png The Charmings; parents, daughter, and grandson were adorable in this episode.

Yeah, I have no sympathy for Regina. She is getting nothing more than she deserves from both the townsfolk and her mother.

I know it is my love Robert Carlyle as an actor, but I continue to root for Rumple/Gold who is really worse than Regina. Hook's anger is righteous, but I hope Gold guts and skins him like deer.

    • I disagree.  I think MVJ has set up each character in the cast with specific traits over the past few months, including Dani.  Now we are seeing each react to Nicole's situation in their own way.  Dani being loud, Martin being raging, Kat being indignant and comforting, Anita being encouraging, Vernon being loving, and Pamela just being there unquestioning. If Dani had become a wallflower, that would not have fit her character.
    • They did when they first met. They bonded over the awful green tuna casserole their mutual Grandma Jo served at family dinners.
    • I have a feeling we won't truly be seeing their stories until the fall; right now, what they've inherited is the mess of the "writer", per their own admission.
    • This evil woman is really gonna frame Eva for Laura's attempted murder. Wow
    • I stopped watching Days for several months because the show was cartoonish and dumb as hell as written by Ron.  I starting watching again in March and I am happy to see improvements in the day to day scripts. However, Paula and Jeanne will need to start telling bold and intelligent stories to keep me watching.  Stephanie the romance novelist and Sarah's allergies aren't going to cut it for me. I'm sure Bo's return and John's death will be engaging and emotional but it will take strong long term stories to turn this show around. I really hope they can do it.
    • A partial episode from June 1985 was uploaded - I don't think it's been up before. You get Susan Marie Snyder's brief appearance. In a lengthy set piece where Rick is going undercover in some punk bar, he introduces himself to her. There's a surprising moment where when she says her name is Sam, he is thrown and is about to ask a very personal question before she further explains that it is short for Samantha. Grant Show is one of those guys who is classically very good looking, but I'm not sure how often I've ever actually felt attracted to him. This episode is an exception. He just looks hot as hell in what they put him in and how they do his hair and face. I can't say I go back to this period of the show very often, but I certainly am glad I watched this one.

    • I have no use for Derek but I was happy to see them exploring Naomi and Ashley's friendship again. More of that, please! I was stunned when Ashley asked Naomi about the Ted drama. We actually got a lot of interesting combos today. Tomas/Eva, Kat/Smitty, a rare Martin/Ted sighting and Vanessa/Nicole, among others. This was a good breather from all of the drama of the past few days. Because of pre-emptions I expected a random ending and not a proper cliffhanger but I literally jumped when I saw Leslie walk into Nicole's house! That was the perfect way to end things and along with the prevent, I'm excited to finally get back to a full 5 episodes next week!
    • I’m not going to take Dani seriously going off on Ted when she was willing to overlook all of Bill’s affairs in her own marriage and only got her feelings hurt when her ass was left. Absolutely hate that she’s getting a dedicated showcase scene like that - I think this is where MVJ’s personal friendship with Karla Mosley removes objectivity when writing for Dani as a character sometimes.
    • @slick jones An episode (maybe the only episode?) of Susan Marie Snyder's Ryan's Hope stint has popped up. June 1985. Her character's name is Samantha. I'll post the video in the show's thread.
