B&B: Exclusive look at new opening credits

This was touched on a bit in the B&B thread when it was presented on the 6,000th episode celebration feed, but that version was a bit questionable and choppy. Now TV Guide has the exclusive look on the whole thing. I liked it before but LOVE it now that it's presented all fresh looking ;-D I LOVE everything about it, even the ending with the blue looks a thousand times better. Turns out Owen, Steffy, Thomas, & Ridge all do get their own shots, but I still fail to see Aggie?? Also there's an interview with Brad Bell in their, pretty good...I'm intrigued that the opening is going to "Change" constantly every now and then..whatever that means lol.

The theme is growing on me. Especially the twinkly opening bars.

I just FLOVE this opening!! The whole segment with Katie/Donna/Hope/Taylor/Steffy/Thomas makes me feel all tingly inside for some reason, I NEED an avatar of that immediately ;-).

That theme is growing on me to Sylph, it is actually still in my head from last week!!

I think that is really neat! And I am so impressed by this little press package/Valentine to the fans, narrated by our old friend Clarence. I'm not a big fan of the theme which sounds more like bumper music, the strong melody of the original has always been a B&B signature that they shouldn't soften into oblivion. But I love the visual concept, everyone looks great, especially the four standing in the beginning. There's still the issue of too much name information for such short flashes.

For some reason I can't view it, it keeps freezing up half way through. Hopefully someone posts it on youtube I wanna see it LOL

Oh and is it just me, but why do we see AMC's credits in before you click on play? I see Caleb from AMC, I was like "WTF" they're copying AMC?

It's fantastic although volume is still kind of odd - or is it my speakers?

Still hate the blue logo but the rest is fantastic. The absence of SJB also leaves me optimistic. This character has been a waste of air after the first month so getting rid of her is no loss. But maybe she was just on vacation/hiatus and hence has no screen shot yet.

They do need to switch that thumbnail picture, this is not AMC. And if it had to be something from AMC, did it have to be Caleb? At least swap his useless self with a picture of Kendall or something ;-) lol

Just watched it over again approximately 52 more times...I need to stop!!

Favorite shot has to be Katie's, hers just goes perfectly with the music and I love her expression and the way her face is positioned. Dayzee's shot is also so beautiful. And I just the part with Taylor and her kids!!

Worst shot goes to Liam runner-up is Nick.

I'm glad they added the actors names to the credits and although I haven't heard the theme, the visuals look a million times better than I thought they would. I really hope they make the commitment to upgrade to HD.

I also like the logo being a silhouette for the action on the runway. The color, oddly enough, works for what I'm seeing here. It looks alot less "blue."

I am still very curious as to how the Italians will use these visuals.

I loved the opening but I have to disagree about Liam being the worst shot. I think he looks sexy. Nick's shot reminds me of Tony Geary at the end of the GH opening for some reason and that's not a good thing LOL.

The Bell soaps were always visually and, dare I say, musically the most arresting. Sadly for us all and this whole lame genre, Brad is lazy and Maria is incompetent. So a thing like this doesn't happen as often as it should.

Perhaps sheilaforever can tell us how far behind are they? I'm sure he receives Canale 5 via satellite or something. It airs at 1:30 pm in Italy, I believe.

Wait. I found it. I think they're currently airing the episode #5797. Which is from April last year.
