Members DRW50
In a bad economy, Terri Conn had a decent-paying job for over ten years, with a wide range of material given to her to play, and then almost immediately got a new job which probably also has a decent salary, if lower than her ATWT run. I don't think she has a lot to be jealous about compared to some of the others on that show. But then a number of that cast seem to have gone on to larger roles -- wasn't Persia White on Girlfriends? Rachel Wilson was on something too. I mostly remember Gosling for when the directors have him wander around in tight underwear. You can't blame them. My guess is that probably does more for his career than a dozen Oscar nominations. I have to laugh at Jennifer Love Hewitt being nominated in the same category as Judi Dench. I love GFY's review of Jennifer's movie. http://gofugyourself.com/fug_the_fromage_the_client_list_080310-08-2010

Members JackPeyton
I am rooting for James Franco, Mila Kunis, Natalie Portman, and Mark Ruffalo. They turned in the best performances i saw. I would be very happy if The Fighter won whatever it was nominated for as well. Amy Adams was fantastic, as was the rest of the cast. Also, i am happy to see that Emma Stone got a Globe nom.

Members xtr
I agree, plus I think he has turned into an adorably handsome man. ( I remember watching him on The Mickey Mouse Club, lol). He always comes off as classy at the awards ceremonies. I think that not only does he have the talent to do dramatic films, but I could see him doing films that could appeal to a very large audience and be commercially successful. Like a Superhero film. Someone should cast him in whatever Superhero movie comes out next. Maybe he can be like The flash or somebody. Not only he is handsome, he's charming and I could see people rooting for him as a Superhero. If Ryan Reynolds, who IMO is not as cute or Chris Evans, who IMO is not as good of an actor can get Superhero movie roles, I definitely can see Ryan Gosling pulling off something like that. I could see him doing a Superhero movie and his character coming off as really likeable/rootable. Like Tobey McGuire's Spiderman (especially in the 1st Spideman Movie). Hopefully he will end up getting some really nice opportunities in his acting career.
Members xtr
Congrats to Melissa and also Colin Firth, another actor who I think has been underrated in the past.(Loved him in films like Bridget Jones' Diary and the 1995 BBC Version of Pride and Prejudice) I thought he was pretty sexy in both films. I also liked him in "Girl With A Pearl Earring".
Members DRW50
I think Ryan must know how to play the PR game. He's not attractive, he has little charisma, and dead eyes, yet he is constantly pushed.
Members quartermainefan
Huffington Post named Ryan Gosling as best dressed man at the awards for his classic Ferragamo look. Men have it so easy and yet most fail tragically at these award shows. But when they do it right there is no better look.
