Here in the DC area they're airing Oprah reruns and I really can't see them doing that throughout September. The big cities are already airing extended local news to fill the void. There was one teacher who was making fun of these special ed students and setting them up for failure and causing them to fight with other students. Evidently, she was at that school because she was that way at all the other schools in the district. The principle finally pushed her out though but I forgot the details on how.
