Considering ATWT had a good cliffhanger on Friday too. Eh...in my view they count because there was regular programming. it really wasnt an actual holiday that was on Sunday..oh well...CBS is stupid...lol

I don't support the AMC v. OLTL viewpoint, and I'm not a fan of gloating. However, let's relax with the use of all caps, and check our facts. OLTL is not always last - just last week. End of May, there was a week when they were the most watch ABC soap. Not that it matters; the ratings are very low for all ABC shows and too close to matter. However, I'll take any improvement, for any show.

I'm enjoying Tea/Todd/Dani, Cris/Layla, David/Matthew, Blair and Evil Eli & Jessica and Natalie's stories. Most of these stories are very soapy, and I'm intrigued by them.. Just because you aren't enjoying them. Doesn't mean other people aren't.

Women 18-49 average as of Wk. of 6/21 for the 2009/2010 season

GH: 904,000 (-25,000)

OLTL: 798,000 (-88,000)

AMC: 770,000 (-99,000)

OLTL and AMC's average seems so wrong to me seeing how often they're under 750,000 (especially AMC). Got to recalculate when I get a chance.

They're stupid! Just like ABC was stupid for not airing original programming on Monday where more people are watching.

My point is that they are giving GH the three hour block and not the other two soaps!

CBS knows ATWT sucks that is why they canceled it ;) I don't watch ATWT so I don't know if it sucks but it's easy to turn the soap-mocking around.

OLTL got 2 0.9's in a 4 month period. Actually in all of 2010, OLTL got only two 0.9's. AMC got a lot. ATWT is lucky to get a 0.9 since March.

If the AMC/OLTL combo didnt suck ..ABC wouldnt want to be cutting its episode count! Eh....ratings for the two shows speak for themselves.....1.8's left and right and OLTL hitting a new low of 1.6...

Just published Toups ratings. GH had a really good week.

Toups will link it momentarily.

Rux, it's not only AMC and OLTL's episode count being cut. It's not like I'm in love with AMC or OLTL, or GH for that matter, but all the soaps besides Y&R are sinking.
