Oh, I totally agree. I was speaking in regards to the initial revelation of Rebecca and Natalia. Now, it wouldn't make sense for all that to go down, but it would have been juicy, soapy goodness then.

Did Cass and Natalia have any kind of relationship at all before Cass left? I wasn't really watching then, so I don't know. Having Cass come back and be like "What the hell, really?" about the whole thing would be awesome.

Cassandra left town before Natalia was introduced. They never interacted onscreen. Cassie did not like Jesse so Id imagine she'd resent Natalia and her close bond with Angie

Well then there you go. Bring on Cass, and she shall be cold as ice.

For a while there, every Wednesday episode on GL was devoted to a particular character, or couple even. It was a way to focus individually on a character's life and motivations within his or her particular s/l, while also being stand alone in nature and having nothing specifically to do with the s/l at hand. A great way to spend an hour with your favorite character(s), a great excuse to skip the episode if you didn't give a crap.

Interesting. Well I hope they don't try to force it. If it enhances the story then that's fine. McTavish did stand alone episodes. Bianca's anorexia was one. I believe there was a Wildwind dinner episode also that was standalone.

I think what was interesting is the way they took what could have been an ordinary longish scene of the same length and just divided it into three segments: Angie alone, with Frankie, with Jesse. It was jarring at first but then I was like, "Hmm, okay..." Now of course this was ANGIE, I'm not trying to see that mess with Ryan.

I have to watch this episode on YT later on, it sounds good. I think AMC is actually the best soap currently on air when it comes to diversity.

Some of the GL inside the light episodes were amazing, my favorite was Billy Lewis' when it was revealed that he was drinking again.

Cassandra was gone before Natalia showed up... I agree that it would have been great had they kept Cassandra because she would have been the last, and probably never would have drank the koolaide that poor Jesse only lied to protect Angie and Frankie... she definitely would have called Jesse out on his lies.

I agree on both points.

The only inside the light episode I remember really disliking was Harley as a superhero (which Kreizman actually made a cameo in).
