Members John
Daniel Quinn got the role right? Couldnt see Chris Atkins in that role.
Members Khan
Christopher Atkins would have been much better off auditioning for Steve Williams. Yeah, Steve is supposed to be older than Paul. But, you know, in this case, I wouldn't have minded.

Members DRW50
I'm surprised they didn't cast Melchior, as she sort of fit their type of actress.
Members Paul Raven
In her WLS interview Denise Alexander was wanted as the original Julie on Days, but she didn't want a contract role at that stage. She ended up there a few years later as Julie's rival Susan.
Members John
If Denise had said Yes they may have never been Susan Seaforth as Julie or No intro to Bill Hayes & Marriage. How weird how small circle acting is

Members DRW50
According to SOD, Y&R insiders were sure that Diego Serrano (ex-Diego) was going to be cast as Dante on B&B. (The role went to Antonio Sabato Jr).
Members Chris B
I can't believe Tracy Melchoir was ever considered as Lily on ATWT. She is so wrong for that role, even moreso than Noelle Beck. The other suggestion of Susan Haskell is even worse. I remember when reading about that ridiculous recast, I saw how hard a role it is to fill. I don't see them recasting Carly if it came to it, I think a lot of it was done out of spite.
Members DRW50
I could see Susan Haskell as Lily. Neurotic princess.
