Members DRW50
In late 1995, Billy Warlock auditioned to be OLTL's Drew (Victor Browne got the role).

Members AMCHistory
I know that he and Bob Woods are really good friends. I would love to have seen them play off one another.
Members SFK
Maybe not as Cassie, but definitely as Robin's daughter.
Members Cheap21
thats such a weak reason. She hadnt played Skye in nearly 10 years and the role had been played 2 years prior by another actress who was popular in the role The Colin character was nothing special. Any one of those men could have played him effectively. I think you may be focusing in on the Australian accent bc the last Colin was that and so is Ingo, but being Australian was a key component to Colin. Members AMCHistory
I agree. Frankly, Skye was not exactly a "front burner" character in either Robin's first AMC run or Carrie's AMC run. I would be shocked that they would think Robin to be so recognizeable. I had not made the connection that she was/is a "friend of Jill's." Especially, since her treatment at the end of her intial GH run did not scream preferential treatment. Though, perhaps that is why she has been invited back for so many short-summer runs. Summe runs that I hope are not forgotten about by this new regime. She is the closest thing we have to a living Quartermaine, and Port Charles needs as many of them as they can find.
Members Cheap21
What about Tracy, Dillon, Ned or Brook? They are about as close to a living Q as one can get considering they actually have Q blood running through their veins
Members DRW50
When Judith McConnell was fired from GH in 1975, she reportedly had offers from GL and DAYS. Daytime TV Stars said she was probably going to choose DAYS, to stay on the West Coast (I don't think that happened, did it?).
Members frequentsoapfan
Don't forget Jimmy, Faith, Maya, Jimmy's daughter Rebecca. And I know there's more. Whilethe focus is on Alan's dead children there are still Quartermaines left. Skye will always just be a Chandler to me. No headwriter has interest in rebuilding the family though. Members Darn
Skye even being considered a Quartermaine makes my skin crawl. Robin Christopher has so many affectations as an actress and Skye is so utterly useless as a character. Can't stand her.
Members John
JM joined ATWT in 1976 as Valerie Conway. Maybe the money was right
Members Paul Raven
Judith also landed a role on Bright Promise but I don't think she ever made it to air as it was soon cancelled. Someone needs to interview these actors who were around in the 70s.'
Members dc11786
I wonder if she was being considered as a Laura recast. I think she would have been a good Laura.
Members John
That could be, Susan Flannery left in 75 & was replaced by Susan Oliver who then was replaced by Rosemary Forsyth til 1980. Forsyth was the Original Sophia On Santa Barbara
