Can you imagine if that did this crap on other shows. On AMC, Erica thinks she's having sex with Jack, only to find out it was Zach thinking she was Kendall. Pose, Pose, Pose! On OLTL, Blair thinks she's having sex with Eli but its with Cole who thought she was Starr. Pose, Pose, Pose! Or on GH, Keifer and Alexis had sex thinking the other was Mac and Kristina. Pose, Pose, Pose! Or on Y&R, Phyllis sleeps with Noah, thinking he was Nick he thought she was Eden. Pose, Pose, Pose! LOL...only B&B can pull off such nonsense

I think you're in the minority here. It's clear that most posters here are thrilled with what's going.

The show feels alive again and giving fans not exactly what they want works out sometimes pretty good. The show is soooo raunchy and campy again - I love it.

LOL! I know this is extremely nit-picky, but it seems like she started suspecting things for a while now. I guess my point is why wouldn't she just go straight to Ridge or threaten to ask Ridge when Marcus and then Ollie were insisting the guy with Broooke must be Ridge. She could have possibly made Ollie confessed with just the threat and avoided asking daddy if he boinked Open For Business Brooke.

Nah, for the past week she only thought Hope and Oliver had sex. It was at the end of Thursday's show that she suspected it was Brooke he had sex with when she overheard that Brooke had the necklace. On Friday's show she confronted Oliver about it and on Monday she got her confirmation. It literally was about 2-3 episodes.

Im finding it funny that some Brooke fans on other boards are in denial about what happened. Ive seen some people insist that its all a dream sequence or that Steffy had sex with Oliver after she had an exact duplicate of thenecklace made. Some of the theories Im hearing are crazy and directly contradict whats happening on screen.

LOL @ Steffy..the way she is investigating this whole Brooke/Oliver mess. Looks like she got down to the bottom of it, thanks to Marcus mentioning those coats. Everything is very fast paced, but I don't mind it. I like Brooke but I'm not in denial about her, I think it's clear what her and Oliver did wasn't a dream, etc, but I like how she's not totally freaking out about what happened, and she's kind of being calm about it. Oliver on the other hand always looks like he's about to lose it, LOL. Even when those two were talking about if Stephanie found out, Brooke still seemed calm, but the tension was definitely there though. I like the Actress who plays Brooke, has she been on any other soaps?

And is it rare to see SJB and RH on this show? I want to see them in action more on the show.

I totally can't see this happening on any other soaps! I think it would be a disaster, especially your AMC example that would be a true travasty, and I could never see AMC digging themselves out of that. And if it happened on GH, omg we'd never hear the end of it from Kristina and it would drag on for YEARS. I totally agree with the red bolded statement above, LOL only B&B can pull this type of story line off.

I know I'm in the minority, here -- it's the point I made earlier. Bell creates buzz among lapsed fans with this garbage, but it never translates into ratings for him. The trashiest things he does for the sake of 'shock and awe' end up costing the show ratings points: Brooke and Deacon, Ridge and Bridget, Brooke and Nick, etc.

It's the kiss of death in daytime. TIIC want to get fans talking and catch the interest of the industry, but they kill daytime in the process. No one successfully trades the fans they want for the fans they have.

Yes, unfortunately it is very very rare. Even more so with RH than with SJB.

Since you're new to the show, here's how it went down: Bridget (Brooke's daughter) and Nick wanted to have a baby. She couldn't get pregnant, because there was some sort of health problem or something (I'm not completely sure, because I was so bored with the show at that time that I only watched about once a week), so they hired "Sandy" (who is really Agnes) to be their baby mama.....She got heer self inseminated, was pregnant, then she started falling in love with Nick. So that caused some major baby mama vs. territorial wife drama....Then Sandy (agnes) fell down the stairs, and lost the baby....Then Oliver (her baby bro) was introduced....Bridget screwed Owen (who is married to her husbands MOTHER), and Aggy found out and blackmailed her with it.....But basically, SJB hasn't been on much for a month or two, since she lost the baby....As soon as she had her miscarriage she was shoved to the back, and doesn't serve much purpose anymore...It's very sad.

Well before that, Rick Hearst re-joined as WHip....Never did anything of importance really, did some work with Forrester creations...OR maybe it was Jackie M...I can't remember which. He had some trivial little stories, nothing really special. Then SJB joined as "Sandy" and it was revealed that her real name was "Agnes" and that she was Whip (Rick Hearst's) cousin....Again, no real storyline there.

Then, Taylor (the one with the rubber face and lips straight from a Rubber Ducky), was all depressed because she YET AGAIN lost Ridge (the guy with the bad hair) to Brooke....Blah blah blah, fast forward a couple weeks...They get married. And then, Whip fades into the background.

So...There you go.

Thanks for the refresher SoapBoy, that really helped a lot. Aw I was hoping they were used more on this show after being trashed by GH! So is Agnes still blackmailing Bridget or is that over already? Does Nick feel the same way about Agnes as she does him? Are they still pursuing each other at all? Guess I'll find out soon enough lol.

ETA: Also, I hate that name. I feel like only Agnes Nixon can have that name and no one else...LOL. They should have just stuck with Sandy.

Agnes never blackmailed Bridget. She never let it on to Bridget that she knew. No Nick doesnt feel the same way about her. He strictly viewed her as a friend. She admited that she had feelings for him, but never really pursued it

I hate the name too and refuse to call her Aggie. For the longest time I continued to call her Sandy even after finding out tue truth. I can somewhat handle Angess but Aggie is too ugly to name a soap character, especially someone as young as she is. Its like calling her Irma or Pearl
