Thank you. I really appreciate that. I enjoyed making other fans happy by sharing my collection. Unfortunately, due to some nasty harassment, I had to make my collection private. I didn't want to share my really rare stuff with this person but you can't just block one person. There's always got to be that one person to ruin it for everybody and I shouldn't let nasty comments keep me from sharing but I decided to share originally to spread the joy and hear comments like yours, not snarky comments which was starting to happen. I hope that you were able to enjoy the collection while you could and were able to download as much as possible to enjoy for future use. Thanks again for the kind words!

Hello there, I know from experience between copyrights and fans that go too far that uploading on youtube can get to be too much, but I think you should at least put them unlisted and make playlists for people to still be able to view like many others have done here in the past. Especially if it is just one person causing the problem.

I did notice that everything went away today. I was actually watching your GL ep from 6/01/79 while you were privatizing your videos. I hate it when those people ruin it for everyone because this is content that is so very hard to come across. Everyone should just be appreciative of your willingness to share.

Perhaps I will do something like that later after I cool off. Right now, the whole thing has been soured for me. I had a couple of playlists already on unlisted to share with people I know and like. I may do that with all of the videos although there's no certainty this person couldn't still access them if they get ahold of the link. Unfortunately there's not a "douchebag blocker". LOL.

I truly am sorry about that and I appreciate your kind words.

It's crazy the lengths we have to go to sometimes just to supply soap opera videos lol. Especially when some idiots interfere. There is someone who had to create a private twitter for Days of our Lives episodes just to keep one person away from the videos lol

Has anyone seen the exclusive interview with stars from "The Doctors" that has Jada Rowland? https://www.watchthedoctors.com/home It's awesome and she talks a lot about when she was on "Secret Storm" too. Now there are episodes from 1967-72 on the site but they're uploading more every few months and the interviews with the stars are so much fun! It's $2.99/month or $30/year so very reasonable.

Have any of you seen the interview with the stars from "The Doctors" on the subscription site form RetroTV? Jada Rowland is a part of the group interview and it's really, really neat. Right now they have seasons 1967-72 on the site and are adding years every few months.

Elizabeth Hubbard, Kim Zimmer, Jada Rowland and lots of others are in the interview that they've shared so far but there are others that they are going to be adding. It's a neat service and is only $2.99/month or $30/year.

    • Hooray we made the exact same critique to Londonscribe!!!!!
    • I don't think they had any idea who he was this time last year. I think they were keeping their options very open. Same with totally dropping the Trina romance that was spoiled for him in the mags once FV clearly took a shine to him. Frank's priorities are bright and blazing in one color. I do think Gio and Emma seem to have worked out given that she is very dry and sarcastic and he is like a hot golden retriever, but I'd still play the field or explore quads with both with very different people - Emma with a scheming young man (of color), Gio with possibly Trina or someone else, or even a boy. Then maybe put them back together, who knows. But of course none that will happen.

    • He definitely got lost in the shuffle last year. First, they were implying that he was Drew’s son, then he was nothing more than just Violet’s bff

And then they changed him to being Dante and Brook Lynn’s son, which was clunky at first but I’m enjoying the storyline now.
    • GM is adorable, charming and fun onscreen despite months of nothing to do until recently, and has a bodacious bod. I'm not cosigning the show or this story - I haven't watched a full episode in over a month - but I think we're all taking the small victories in 2025 at this point. I'm open to testing this theory!
    • I think Jason might've posted some numbers for the syndication a while ago and the numbers for Falcon Crest was horrible. Like 1.5 rating or something, which was terrible.    ETA: it was actually Paul Raven:   New to syndication 60 min Fall Guy 67 markets 3.1/8 Falcon Crest 110 markets 1.1/5 To get into the top 40, you needed a 4.6/9 rating for reference - and Falcon Crest managed to get into a lot of markets to begin with. In the fall of 1985 Dynasty, Dallas and Knots were syndicated (show / rating / share / coverage % / markets): Dallas 3.4 10 51.7 92 Dynasty 3.4 10 48.7 47  Knots Landing 3.3 10 12.5 20  So, Knots as an example trippled Falcon Crest's rating with 20 markets - I'm sure those were major ones but it just goes to show you how much Falcon Crest bombed in syndication.
    • It's not bad but the stories move too slow. It's the same problem when Dan O'Connor was CO-HW with Van Etten, they have a million stories and they all drag on endlessly with no resolution. I'd argue the majority of the stories airing now are good but you get sick of waiting months for something to happen.
    • Thanks. I must have missed that period entirely for Lifetime.
