Now, of course, this begs the question: if MM's Adam wasn't the real Adam, then who was he, and why did he infiltrate the Newman family like he did?

LMAO!! I am pretty sure that this is not the reaction MM expects to get because apparently he has told himself (and US) that he is the second coming of Eric Braeden! I am not even remotely surprised that he is coming back or that he was ever gone, just PR to try and see how much we would miss MM/Adam. I have never seen an actor give away so much of storylines on this show before just by being online 24/7. Hope the show will have something to show for it when his holiness shows up.

Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid... a million times stupid.

However, if I were watching, and since I don't like Muhney, I'd probably buy this. But then again, I don't this there's any way to salvage anything on this show. Only cancellation comes to my mind.

So how are they going to untangle this? Wouldn't MM's Adam had to fake his way through Harvard and Wall Street? That's five years. VJ was only missing in jungle for a few weeks. Are we supposed to believe that he never contacted Hope during this period and that she didn't "recognize" that he wasn't her son when she was dying? [The rhetorical answer is: YES.] Of course, that completely flies in the face of everything that was Hope. Also, MM's Adam does have the genetic eye disease, which was a brilliant use of history when they showed the vintage clip of Victor and Hope being told by the doctor that this could happen. BIG stretch. Then again.... Two great storylines that have been ruined in past five years: 1) Malcolm being Lily's father, which Sr. said having Malcolm sleep with Dru was a huge mistake and they would go there; and 2) the III disaster. I guess we're going three for three. I'm glad I stopped watching after the Sarah face reveal. I keep hoping for a reason to come back...doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I never liked him when it was just him. If these writers cared about That Black Storyline. Malcolm return would have been better then what we have been given. To the point where the drama should have just been about him, Niel, & CKLily. But since the writers don't care. It seems like the Winters plus Cane are just there.

I just had a dirty thought.

Anyway, since Maria like to bring up her father in law everytime she speck. Why not redo the black guy who painted himself white to go under cover. They can do that for a CKlily storyline. then when she finds out a black man treated her better then any of the white men she dated. What would she do dump him because he isn't white. Would she jump of the bridge her mother fell off because he's black.

    • Holy sh.it. THAT was a damn soap opera. I’m at a loss for words for how good that was.

    • Same here.  Anyone who voluntarily left Margo's penthouse set (except to go overseas or to Heaven) was immediately on my blacklist.  lol.

    • The penthouse was my favorite set... and it changed hands from Margo to Draper/April to Miles/Nicole then to just Miles... before he opted to give that beautiful place for that drab house with the even more drab Beth.  That was a jump the shark moment for me LOL
    • The storyline April and Draper are involved in during the summer/autumn of 1979 seems fairly "benign" but soon turns very serious.  April has a VERY intrusive, wealthy mother (Margo Huntington Dorn).  Margo knows that April and Draper (who've recently had a miscarriage and are theoretically never going to be able to conceive another baby) want to buy a house.  Margo hoodwinks them into buying a house they can't afford.  The house is listed at $100,000 (about $400,000 in today's dollars).  Margo pays the first $35,000 and leads Draper to believe the asking price of the house is $65,000 instead of $100,000.  If Draper finds out his meddling mother-in-law paid 1/3 of the cost of the home and tricked him, he'll be mad as hell.   Meanwhile, Draper has received a job offer from a prestigious New York law firm.  Margo pulls some strings and has the senior partner in the firm rescind the offer, to keep April in Monticello.  If Draper finds out about THAT, he'll be even angrier with Margo than he will be about the house trickery.  All of that is "bubbling under the surface" in the fall of 1979 but will be the next major story, as everything begins to spiral out of control.   Yep, you've got the Karrs and their very basic middle-class house, the Victorian-themed place where Miles and Nicole live, April and Draper's old craftsman house with the exposed beams, the Madisons & their Mission revival house, and Margo with her 1970s-chic penthouse.  Each of the sets is completely different.  And their budget was like zero, lol.
    • It felt weird and out of place.  I get it. While I agree with those on here that say he's gotten better, it's still really bad. I'm not seeing the "good" acting some see...but I'll give him a B for being better than when he first started. There's potential. I'll leave it at that.
    • It's like watching paint dry at a slow-ass pace. It's bad acting. Entirely. Excellent? With Claybon? Never. Ever.
