I knew it was only a matter of time. All his sexcapades with 22 year old's can't all be sweetness 'n light. 

 

Side note: I noticed while watching RHOC that one of the co-executive producers listed is Lynsey Dufour. My mouth dropped when I saw that name. Not only was she a former script writer at Y&R during the Lynn Marie Latham days, but.... I interned with her at Y&R in '04.  Oy.  Now if you'll excuse me, I need to do some day drinking and ponder my life's choices of the past fourteen years

I recall reading an interview during her script writing days at Y & R.. and it wasn't a shock that she was canned the second Latham left the show.  She seemed kinda vapid and shallow... perfect for Bravo and Housewife land

 

If there truly is a #metoo story with Cohen, I hope no one will be surprised.  Just by looking in his eyes, you can tell there is something off about him..like he lacks empathy or something.

I thought Southern Charm NOLA's ratings stabilized at the end. I hope it does come back because it was like setting porn (and not just because of the guys) to me. 

 

I hope LVP gathers all of them together.

 

 

No one is surprised. A vapid gay man called out on his actions? Of course he was going to not be okay with Carole.  

 

And that rumor cannot turn out to be true soon enough...kinda like what is going on with SC's Thomas actually.

OC DRAMA: Per Us Weekly, Gretchen and Slade have agreed to testify against Shannon and Tamra on behalf of Jim Bellino. 

 

He claims that they "have indicated that they have testimony to provide (Beador and Judge) have a pattern and practice of fabricating stories about various individuals" that appeared on RHOC. He also alleged that their testimony will prove that Judge and Beador "harbor ill-will, anger or hostility" toward him. 

 

Holy [!@#$%^&*]! Tamra must be having an aneurysm right about now. IIRC, Gretchen and Slade have never interacted with Shannon...how will they testify against her?

SO HARD to know who to root for! But I'm Team Shamra. I don't know if I could ever side with Wretched, Slave and Hair-Plugs Bellino.

 

Why do I get the feeling Gretchen is making calls to Bravo saying she will no longer testify if RHOC brings her back as a HW? Given the duds that are Lawn Guylind and Budget Jeana, Bravo might just hear her out.

There are moments when I get deluded into thinking we might be on the cusp of another Lynne (who seemed to symbolize the breakdown of 2008 America) with Lawn Guylind. But then she says everything is super-fine between her and her invisible ex, and I am left thinking 'What did I just watch?' Absolutely nothing!

 

Bargain-Basement Jeana is an even bigger disappointment. She looks like a core original HW. She has known Tamra for some years, and am I right in thinking she sided with Simon and possibly Gretchen at one point in their relationship? The show has led us to believe there is unmined history there. And yet instead, all we are getting is rehearsed scripted bullshit between her and her rodent hubby. Snore!

There is speculation that Jim & Alexis's divorce (somewhere in heaven an angel weeps) is actually a front so that Jim can preserve his assets. He is being sued for some reason to do with these Skyzone trampoline parks, and doesn't want the court seizing his (alleged) ill-begotten gains. Anyway, he has transferred some of his property into Alexis's name and that has got tongues wagging.

 

 

So much Shakespearean comeuppance!  As soon as Alexis was iced out (one down, one to go!), Tamra knew Gretchen would hang herself if given enough rope. She understood that Gretchen always copies the other women in order to one-up them. Tamra wants a pink motorcycle? Oh, look what Jim gave me! Tamra got a wedding spin-off? Oh, hey, let me stage a fake proposal from Slade! Heather is on a TV show? OMG, I'm so glad they gave you the part that I turned down! 

 

Tamra basically caught Gretchen out on her lies and delusions, and took much delight in obliterating her at reunion. It was a takedown that was over two years in the making. And it was EPIC!

Yeah, I'm surprised Shannon is included as she and Alexis/Jim didn't appear on the show at the same time, but who knows :::shrug::: 

 

Oh Gretchen... well if nothing else, it'll give conflict for Tamra vs. Vicki, plus we'll get to see whatever incarnation Gretchen currently has going for a face.

      The blonde drag is also Ivan, I believe. The long straight black wig is Peter Barton when he was playing Eddie on Sunset Beach.

      Sorry, I don't know the non-AW ones. In addition to the 2x Cass disguised himself as Krystle (1984 to hide from Tony Jones, 1994 investigating Felicia's disappearance), there was one occasion in October 1987 where Cass imposter Rex Allingham dressed as a woman and, claiming to be Nicole's Aunt Blanche, disrupted her date with another man. (At the time I don't think the audience yet knew that it wasn't Cass.)

      JFP was only as strong as her writers, which is why her output got worse and worse when she decided she was the only writer anyone needed. They could have easily had a decent short-term story with Lando - maybe cast him as a terminal patient at Cedars, or a long-lost Bauer or Reardon who would leave town after his story is done and possibly return at a later date with a recast. He might become close to Ed and Michelle, similar to how Ed had taken Kelly under his wing years earlier. Maybe he could have been tied to Maureen's death, somehow - maybe we'd learn, after he ingratiated himself to everyone in Springfield, that he accidentally ran Maureen off the road during the storm. And when he realizes this he would, in shame, leave town, maybe leaving some Springfield lady devastated if they were about to get married (this could have worked with a better Mindy recast, or maybe a brand new character).

      I found the reference in the AWHP synopses -- it was 1995 but not directly related to the loanshark.
